The apartment is only 5 minutes away from Proctors Theatre, Rivers Casino, and other Downtown Schenectady attractions. They offer monthly cleaning services, change all sheets and towels, and do maintenance around the property for stays of two months or more.



Apartment access is keyless and hassle free. There is access to the apartment, backyard, and free parking spaces.

There is a reserved parking spot available on premises. There are access to CDTA buses less than 2 minutes walk away that will carry you downtown Schenectady, Rivers Casino and towards Albany areas. Amtrak trains are also available downtown Schenectady.



Please dispose of all trash in the outside garbage bin to the side of the house.

Please ensure that the kitchen is cleaned and the dishes are washed.

Place all used towels in the linen hampers.

Inform host promptly of any damage or mishap.

No loud noises after 10pm.

No smoking/hookah/vaping.

No house parties.

The person who made the reservation must be the one present at the time of check in.

All additional guests must be accounted for at your time of booking. If there is any additional guests noted that is not on your booking there will be a fee of $120 per night for that person’s stay.
