'Nice hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Close to the ferry to/from Puntarenas. Located in a hill ensuring great views. Welcome to the hotel was very friendly. We arrived early but that was not a problem at all. Personnel in general ok but not all very friendly. New to us in Costa Rica where we find hotelstaff in general very kind. Our stay was booked from June 3rd to June 10th, and the problems started almost immediately. What should have been a relaxing anniversary trip turned into a week of complaints, room changes, and unresolved maintenance issues.
