'Nice hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Close to the ferry to/from Puntarenas. Located in a hill ensuring great views. Welcome to the hotel was very friendly. We arrived early but that was not a problem at all. Personnel in general ok but not all very friendly. New to us in Costa Rica where we find hotelstaff in general very kind. Hotel meals in the evening are ok and also good prized. The room was nice and spacious. Not all was clean though incl a dark stain in a sheet. Nice pool with beds. Our checkout...

'Our room phone wasn't working, so we had to go downstairs to the front desk whenever we had a question. We made staff aware of this the first day, but there was never any follow up on this. Wrist bands were used to enter the room. Three of the four we received failed within the second try. On the good side, the buffet breakfast was excellent. And most of the staff were professional. The worst thing that happened: I accidentally made two identical reservations for my trip, both for arrival on...

'Geweldig hotel direct aan het strand. Het strand zelf is rustig en de zee heeft een heerlijke temperatuur. Er komen zelf apen over het terrein 🐒 Ruime kamer met een goede badkamer en een goede douche. Restaurant is ook goed. Zeker een aanrader!'

'Mooi resort. Service had er iets meer boven op mogen zitten bij binnenkomst bij zo'n luxe resort. Koffers werden niet aangenomen wisten niet waar we naar toe moesten. Inchecken was zakelijk. Twee keer moeten vragen om een extra bed. Verdere service geweldig. '

'Amazing place, great staff and they respond quickly thru What's App to anything you need. Would stay again, very private. You can't hear anything from the main drag. I'd recommend closing the blinds that face the sun when you leave for the day so it's not as hot when you return, you can ask the cleaning ladies that'
