'Everything about this hotel was great event at the collective convention Center. The evening kick back, which is a meal and free drinks was very convenient for her schedule. The staff was over the top with kindness and attentiveness. The hotel was pricey, but a good deal for the amount paid. '

'We were down graded to one queen bed. Which had small black hairs under the pillows and a big hair ball in my folded towels! The staff tried to make things right. But in the morning the sunday manager was very unprofessional to tell us that the manager that did try to fix things was going to get into trouble... Which is not ver professional! In our group that was staying they also told a costumer that there was no room for her!!! Your workers were fantastic and tryn to make thongs right! So...

'Outlets by laps did not work, so we had to charge phones across the room. Only saw one staff member wesrinv a uniform. Walked up to registration desk upon arrival the person was texting on the phone and just walked away and someone else came to greet us. All wesring casual clothes with no name tags. Most unusual experience for a Marriott property. '

'Just don't stay here. It is not worth the money in any way, shape or form. The advertised amenities do not exist (e.g., no robes without asking, no Sleep-Well Menu, no children's menu in the restaurant). I have never felt so ripped-off after paying over $300 for one night. That said, ALL staff is wonderful, and the restaurant is good. The lobby does NOT look like the photo; it is not meant for lounging/visiting, etc. There are two unimpressive sofas, and that's it.
