The flat is in a quiet location on a small road leading out of the village, where there is only occasional traffic.The garden of over 8,000 square metres, which borders directly on the landscape conservation area, offers you peace and relaxation. A private, furnished and above all quiet terrace with table and chairs is at your free disposal. It is also possible to use the free bread roll service for breakfast (charged according to the desired number of pastries). There is also parking space for your car on the property with its own driveway. You are welcome to bring your four-legged friend with you for a fee. There is a bakery 50 metres from the front door, which has been baking according to old recipes since 1940. In the surrounding region you will find the mini-golf park in Bautzen, the Löbau go-kart track, where you can go karting, Segway or quad biking, as well as the Oderwitz summer toboggan run and Germany's largest maze "Kleinwelka". A trip to the old town centre of Bautzen is highly recommended. Visit the over 1000-year-old town with its waterworks, Friedensbrücke bridge and Ortenburg castle.
