'Staff were very nice. Rooms were simple but effective. Heating was working (some reviews dud not understand that there was a switch on the side as well as he temp control.) hot water also good. Fridge, basic cooking equipment plates etc. Bring a corkscrew and a small coffee percolator if you need them. Towels and bed sheets with a duvet all clean etc. '

'We specially liked the quality of our tent, it was very comfortable and a great experience. Also we liked the pool area although not so big. Little bit less space in the shadow. Restaurant was also good with different menus in the evening. Only few staff members were able to speak English, should be almost a must…'

'We really enjoyed the cottage. It had wonderful views, great places to sit outside, relax and enjoy being in the countryside. The property owner was great and even took us to a local winery. It only took about 20 minutes to drive into Coimbra so we had the best of city and country. There also was a great local restaurant for local style food. I would definitely stay there again. '
