About the ground-floor apartment with a garden, “Nagelspitz”:

The 128-square-meter apartment, named “Nagelspitz,” features a spacious sun terrace and a large garden, offers magnificent mountain views, and is located in a cozy, two-story house built in the traditional Bavarian style.

Featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms, 1 cozy living room with a sleeper sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub plus an additional guest restroom, and a spacious entryway, this apartment—with its exceptional design and furnishings in a modern, warm country house style—awaits guests who love to enjoy life. A wood-burning fireplace in the living room invites you to gather for cozy get-togethers.


The apartment is located on the first floor of the house and spans 2 floors (basement with 1 bedroom, a sauna, and a laundry room, as well as the first floor with 2 additional bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa in the living room)

The 140-square-meter apartment, named “Bodenschneid,” features a wraparound sun balcony with views of the large garden and the surrounding mountain landscape.

Featuring a large, fully equipped kitchen, 3 separate bedrooms—each with its own en-suite shower room—1 cozy living room, and a spacious entryway, this apartment offers a unique design and furnishing concept in a modern, warm country-style setting, perfect for guests who love to enjoy life. A wood-burning fireplace in the living room invites you to relax

The beautiful Schliersee is only about 5 minutes away! Hiking and biking trails await right outside the front door!
