On the first floor, you’ll find the entryway with a coat rack and shoe cabinet, a guest restroom, a very beautiful, open-concept kitchen with natural wood finishes featuring a microwave, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a very spacious living-dining area with a large dining table, a pull-out sleeper sofa, a TV with the usual apps, and a PlayStation 5. There’s also a covered balcony with a table, chairs, and a magnificent view.

On the upper floor, you’ll find a large bathroom with natural light, featuring a shower, bathtub, toilet, and two sinks; a studio with a reading nook, games, and books; the large bedroom with a double bed and a closet; and a rooftop terrace.

In the basement, you have access to the washing machine.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with no through traffic. The apartment includes a carport with two parking spaces and a small shed, e.g., for bicycles. A large garden with two terraces and an idyllic gazebo is available for shared use.

In just a few minutes’ walk, you’ll be out in nature and can enjoy the Dinkelberg with its hills, meadows, and forests. Its highest point, the “Hohe Flum”—featuring a lookout tower and restaurant—is located along the famous Westweg trail from Pforzheim to Basel and is less than 1.5 km away.

The town center of Schopfheim, with its picturesque old town, diverse dining options, and outdoor pool, is only 2 and 3.5 km away, respectively.
