'I was traveling in Texas to go to my uncle's memorial and my aunt made my mom reservations at the same hotel I was staying at. That was okay, but my mother arrived at the hotel before me, made with completely different reservations under different names and upon her request, the receptionist changed my room to be on the same floor as hers WITHOUT calling me to ask me if that was okay or if I even knew the person making the request. Now it happened to actually be my mother so it's not the end of...
