AC not available and room was hotter than desired. Sulfur fumes from the indoor pool were unpleasant and permeated hallways and rooms.

Excellent reception staff (the one exception was one who accepted a booking for a restaurant that was closed on that evening). Breakfast had great pastries but “hot” food was lukewarm, first morning lots of food stations empty, definitely not 4or5 star. We were initially overcharged for cocktails as bar staff unaware of special offer. Beach was great as was the lady running the beach bar. Pool looked rather green. Room spacious, but no chair and not enough surface space, excellent bathroom, we enjoyed turn down service but only on 2 nights!

Good location
Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Lots of visitors there with very unruly children screaming and crying. Parents made little attempt to control them. I had an issue with the A/C not working properly and had to settle for only some cooling. Also disappointing that I was unable to make reservations at their nice restaurant and had to eat on patio with a limited menu next to a bunch of smokers :-(

All staff made our stay an excellent experience. From check in with Sabrina who gave us a tour of the hotel and explained how to effectively navigate its special hillside uniqueness, to Claudia and Cristina who attended to everyone of our questions and requests. Roberta who facilitated reservations to the restaurants and all terrace bartenders and servers who were welcoming and always kind and jovial. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in the many years of extensive travel but it is this staff that has made our stay so very special. Thank you.

I liked this hotel very much. They have a spa that's clean and has a lot to offer. The bar, morning breakfast and restaurants were classy and comfortable. The only thing that a guest might not like is the strong sulpher smell coming from an outdoor thermal pool.

Posizione eccellente , spiaggia pulita e aree verdi notevoli.Servizio ristorazione lento e non adeguato al numero di clienti presenti nella struttura.Cibo sotto le aspettative. Nessun servizio per chi vuole effettuare giornate in barca : in agosto la Sicilia è ricercata soprattutto per il mare !! Nessun servizio navetta per Sciacca e dintorni: i taxi sono introvabili e la struttura si trova in mezzo "ad uno splendido nella"! Unica perla: Giuseppe, il maitre che ha reso speciale il nostro soggiorno ed i nostri pasti!Ed un grazie speciale anche ai ragazzi del bar del mare: Alessia e il giovane ragazzo di cui non ricordo il nome ma di grande gentilezza, serietà e competenza!Grazie ad entrambi!

Amazing place for families with kids. Interesting architecture of a 70's hotel well kept, updated and maintained. The bedroom had good quality mattress, good enough sheets, beautiful ocean views, the staff at front desk was extremely polite and kind, the breakfast its a party not to be missed and the place is family oriented were you feel comfortable to bring kids and even pets.

Tappezzeria e calcina si distaccano. Binario tenda si distacca dal soffitto. Pianelli in bagno rotte pezzi di arredamento si distaccano. Portafinestra scorrevole molto duro da aprire. In sintesi in continuo degrado. Non da valutare come 4 stelle. Camerieri gentili ma qualcuno poco attento. Le pianelle nella piscina interna molto scivolose. Informazione molto buona.

Très bon accueil, le personnel parle français, c'est très agréable. La déco est un peu vieillotte mais ils ont commencé des travaux de rénovation des chambres. Les repas étaient très bons et variés.

Vista fantastica da godere dalla terrazza dell'hotel ubicato in un parco di ulivi sul mare che è raggiungibile a piedi o tramite trenino. Animazione eccezionale. Perfetto per le famiglie con bambini/ragazzi

Ce n'est pas un 4*
Porte un autre nom et comme aucune localisation GPS n'est mentionné sur la réservation cet hotel est très difficile à trouver. L'accueil est très décevant : aucune boisson, personne pour nous porter les bagages jusqu'à la chambre, aucune explication ni descriptif sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel et quand nous expliquons nos difficultés pour trouver l'hôtel, on nous réponds :"il fallait téléphoner", ce n'est vraiment pas le niveau d'un 4*. Arrivés au bar, il fallait avoir pris une carte à la réception. Les serviettes de plage contre caution mais à des heures bien précises. Odeur d'œuf pourri à la réception, les plateaux pour prendre le petit déjeuner m'ont rappelé la cantine. Par contre un grand bravo à l'équipe d'animation. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est bonne avec vue sur la mer.

Il mio soggiorno presso l'hotel Torre del Barone e' stato breve ma posso dire di essermi trovata molto bene, il servizio e' eccellente, il personale gentilissimo e molto disponibile. L'unica pecca è' forse la scarsa segnaletica per raggiungere la vostra struttura.

Отель довольно скромный по интерьеру,но удобный, В первый момент ощущение, что попал в санаторий советского периода. Но потом об этом забываешь, так как все удобно, запахов ветхости и пыли нет нигде. Отдыхают в основном пожилые французы, поэтому тихо и культурно. Кормят 3 раза в день очень прилично, вино наливают бесплатно и хорошего качества. Все номера с великолепным видом на море, ночью слышен прибой. Хороший бассейн, чудный пляж, приветливый персонал. Термальный бассейн бесплатно. В целом созданы все условия для релаксирующего отдыха. Тот редкий случай, когда качество превосходит цену,

In generale posso ritenermi soddisfatto di questo albergo. Le camere sono pulite ed il cibo è buono ed abbondante con servizio di self service. Puoi mangiare quanto vuoi, a tavola hanno messo alcune volte una bottiglia di vino bianco di sufficiente qualità, ma non ci sono le bibite (coca, fanta, birra, etc. etc.) La posizione è molto bella c'è un bellissimo panorama sul mare, non posso dare informazioni sul mare perchè non era il periodo da mare e poi c'era molto vento quindi il mare l'ho solo visto da lontano. L'albergo ha due piscine scoperte (piccoline) ed una piscina coperta. Le strutture, soprattutto nella zona piscina mostrano la loro età e la pulizia della piscina coperta non è proprio buona e ci sono tracce di alghe e calcare. Infine un appunto negativo va fatto al personale della reception, Decisamente poco accogliente (eppure siamo in Sicilia) e poi gli spettacoli e l'intrattenimento sono piuttosto scadenti (il pianobar è veramente tristissimo).

hotel torre del barone sciacca- vicino al mare lontano dal centro
L'hotel si trova in una bellissima posizione rialzata rispetto al mare molto bella la vista dal terrazzo del ristorante e del bar. La struttura ha bisogno di una totale ristrutturazione per permettersi di esibire le quattro stelle dichiarate. Le camere sono male insonorizzate infatti senti tutto ciò che succede nelle stanze vicine e gli arredi sono quelli di quando è stato inauguraro (anche i materassi sono molto vissuti).

mi ha positivamente convinto
il personale di servizio alla reception è molto disponibile ed efficiente, il servizio di ristorazione è ottimo, la posizione della struttura è eccellente. Insomma un ottimo giudizio. Unica pecca: le segnalazione stradali per raggiungere la destinazione sono pessime. Bisogna chiedere ai passanti o agli abitanti del luogo.
