'Rooms were all unsanitary. Location was unsafe. Doors to building did not lock. TV's did not work. Rooms were not cleaned in weeks. Human hair all over shower, floor. Burn holes in linens, crack pipe burns in desks and floor. Staff refused refunding after cancelling 3rd night for all these reasons and Expedia did nothing to assist. Total rip off and disgusting. Been in Fraternity houses that were cleaner and safer.'

'Our room wasn’t ready.. we requested early check in for 3… they knew we were traveling from a distance for a 70th surprise party and our ride was picking us up at 5:30. Our room was not ready until 10 minutes of five which did not even allow us to get showered. We literally had to quick cleanup, fix the hair, fix the makeup and throw on our clothes. The room smelled like smoke, we requested a king size bed. We got two double beds. Our toilet did not flush, not the Marriott. I’m used to staying...

'There were positives and negatives. This hotel could be better maintained. On the positive side, the breakfast was great, location is excellent, nice, clean gym, staff was friendly although housekeeping not as responsive as I would have liked. Specifically, I could have easily grabbed a towel from the gym on my way out but asked the front desk for one instead. They said they would send housekeeping up with one. I waited a long time then got one from the person on the floor cleaning the rooms....

'This hotel desperately needs to be renovated. The first room we were in the tub was stained, cracked up in places in the water leaked in it constantly. The hotel has no handicap options available for walk-in showers. The front desk clerk was rude and insulting when I requested a room change for the second time. Without even checking to see if we had requested a room previously she insulted me for calling again at three in the morning when I couldn’t sleep for traffic and an air conditioner...

'Requested a non smoking room. Room had a strong smoke odor. Stayed in the jacuzzi tub king room. THE FLOORS WERE atrocious. Walk around and your feet turn black automatically. Definitely need to take a mop to the floors. Pillows lumpy and bed was hard as a rock. Only good thing was the shower pressure however the shower curtain had mold at the bottom. Look elsewhere for your money….'
