'My wife really liked the rustic feel of the place and was impressed with how clean it was at the same time. For me, it felt like a retirement property that I’d had for years, it was very welcoming. We didn’t take advantage of the water (kayaks, fishing, etc..) but we had friends over and used the grill to cook. We’d take our dogs outside in the back of the house and there was never any problem. 'Great location. Felt safe the entire time with my three young sons with us. It is close to a highway, but if you’re use to the sound of traffic, you don’t notice it. But they also had box fans and sound machines to drown out the sound. Very thoughtful property owners to have a pack and play and baby gates available. Location was great because we were only minutes from the arch, Busch Stadium, and the zoo. The bedroom are very large and spacious. '

'My family and I stayed in this beautiful home for a few nights while I was in town for a work event. The property is conveniently located a short drive away from numerous family attractions which made it easy for us to create some good memories. We loved the hot tub with a very nice view of St. Louis. The only downside we found was the lack of privacy the master suite had from the rest of the house. '

'Great for the budget but could use some upgrades. Locks on front and back doors could be more secure. Couldn't get the door to the half bath to latch or stay closed and snagged socks on several loose floor boards. Over all, location worked well and the house was clean. '

'We were in St. Louis for a 17U baseball tournament..The house was great! Cozy, inviting, well stocked with essentials, and in a very cool, historic neighborhood.. Ashley was extremely accommodating and quick to respond to questions.. the only negative was the noise of interstate traffic, but we knew about that in advance.. I highly recommend this home in Soulard'

'We were traveling with our toddlers and the space worked perfectly for us. Plenty of space for them to play and was nice to have bedrooms separate from living space. We spent a lot of time on the balcony at night and while you can hear the music from the local bars it is not obnoxious. Kitchen was well stocked for basic cooking. Parking was easily found on the street most nights. '

"Airco/verwarming vrij luidruchtig. In de badkamer liep er water uit de WC en de douche was ook een van de slechtste al gezien. Hotel voelde heel oud aan. Personeel wel heel vriendelijk"

"Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "

"Really nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Everything is pretty up to date. Nice self wash area where you can do your laundry. It's a 10 min walk to the Arch. And it's for a good price."
