'AC unit was leaking water all over the floor. We had to turn it off so we were uncomfortably warm. Even when turned off it still leaked so there was a dripping sound all night. The tile in the bathroom floor was cracked and raised thought it cut my foot but thankfully didn’t break the skin. Had to cover it with towels.'

'Nice '

'Only thing missing was a restaurant. '

'The cost and the package was not very clear. I didn’t know that the parking was additional. Otherwise, the hotel is located in downtown Santa Cruz, lots of options for food, grocery, and shopping. The room was decent, instant hot water, a welcome package, and coffee. I front desk when we had checked in was late, so no wait on checking in.

'It's place to park yourself and enjoy santa cruz'

'The room was extremely loud. You can hear every noise from inside the building and outside. Every toilet flush from next door, constant machine/motor sounds from service room, every conversation from the main atrium where the morning breakfast buffet is served, etc. earplugs are a must to sleep. Good luck.'

'Room was comfortable, and amenities offered were great! Only thing we didn’t plan for was that there was no self serve water station. It was a great stay overall.'

'Good for one or two night; one light switch to power all the lights and power outlets, so charging don’t work when you out the lights out. Close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Private parking, clean room, noisy bed. All good for this price.'
