Cabin - secluded and Guntersville Lake w/hot tub and fire pit

Brand new cabin located on Preston Island in Scottsboro, Alabama. Located so close to the lake but in the woods. You feel like you have the whole island to yourself. Come relax in this three bedroom / one bath cabin. The soaking tub in the bathroom will feel great after a long day on Lake Guntersville. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to have a fish fry or any wonderful meal. The loft is such a neat place to sleep and has a tongue and groove ceiling. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and all bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. The living room has a couch and recliner with a cozy fireplace. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. Also, sit on the front porch on the rockers and watch nature all around you. The outdoor pergola is relaxing with the 2 person hot tub. If you are bringing a boat/jet skis we have a level lot close to the cabin to park them at. The boat launch is right across the street from the lot. This cabin has it all! You will LOVE THIS PLACE! **Note - we have two Blink security cameras outside of the cabin. One camera is facing the driveway and the other camera is facing the woods (looking for deer). Both cameras are on the post on the corners of the front porch. **

Planned shutdown

While in the midst of building a house and other adulting, we decided a little get away was in order, so we drove North to come check out some fall colors. We stayed in this lovely secluded cabin and sooo enjoyed it! It is well worth the stay. Just taking the lower drive along the like to see the beauty that abounds. The cabin was nicely appointed with everything we needed, including numerous sharp knives, which is often not the case. This cute cabin is also adorned with cute fall and clever positive décor. While we couldn't have a fire in the fire pit because of nature's wrath of drought on the area, we thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub! It was excellent, and the jets were more than firm enough. The beds were comfortable, and each room had a TV, which was nice, although any we watched was primarily in the living room. Communicating with the owner/manager was easy, and she was very quick and helpful in her responses. The driveway, while steep, is very doable. Very worth the stay!! Thank you for sharing it with us, Suzan!

Getting away

This cabin was located near enough to stores for convenience, and near to our destination of Cathedral Cavern, but tucked away into a wooded hillside to make you feel like it was a true getaway! The driveway is steep, so be ready for that. But everything else about this weekend getaway spot was a perfect relief!

Wonderful cabin!!!

My boys and I had a wonderful experience at this secluded cabin. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and location of this cabin. The host was a very good communicator and the cabin was extremely clean. We would love to come back!

What a lovely home!!

There are so very few criticisms I could make of this home. It's extremely clean. The layout is delightful. It has all the features that you could want in a cozy vacation. Beds are comfortable, everything is functional, the decor is beautiful, and it is so quiet and peaceful and serene. The owner is communicative and proactive. You can tell that they genuinely put a lot of work into making this a great stay!!
