Breezeway Bay is een fantastisch huisdiervriendelijk huis aan het water voor iedereen die een bezoek brengt aan het prachtige meer Guntersville.

Als u rijdt Breezeway Bay weg vindt u voldoende parkeergelegenheid op onze asfalt oprit te vinden. Laat de aanhangwagen losgekoppeld of haak en bewaar hem opzij nadat je je boot hebt gelanceerd op de Waterfront-boothelling (minder dan 1 minuut) en ga dan naar het botenhuis.

U komt ons huis aan de waterkant binnen in de goed gevulde keuken met veel toogruimte, Calphalon-kookgerei en alle apparatuur, waaronder een vaatwasser, om u te helpen onvergetelijke maaltijden te maken. Onze open plattegrond biedt zicht dwars door vanuit de keuken naar de grote zaal maken communicatie met uw familie en vrienden een wind (pun intended ...)

Leun achterover in de grote zaal met veel comfortabele stoelen en bekijk de 55-inch HDTV met een kabel of profiteer van onze krachtige onbeperkte gratis wifi-verbinding.

U zult genieten van de 2 badkamers, beide met douche / bad combinaties en veel kastruimte. Neem geen handdoeken of beddengoed mee, want wij hebben het voor u geregeld!

Wanneer het tijd is om naar bed kunt u kiezen uit 4 slaapplaatsen - 3 slaapkamers en een zolder. Er is een mooi queensize bed in de master, een koningin en tweeling in de tweede slaapkamer en twee tweelingen in de 3e slaapkamer, evenals een tweepersoonsbed in de loft. Wij bieden alle vers beddengoed.

Je loopt uit de Franse deuren in de keuken / grote kamer gebieden op een afgeschermde veranda met een andere overdekte veranda daarbuiten. Beide gebieden bieden een geweldig uitzicht op Lake Guntersville!

Terwijl je over het asfaltpad naar het meer loopt en op de extra brede pier met rails komt, zie je het zeer grote botenhuis. Het omvat 2 bootstroken met elk een elektrische lift. Voel je vrij om de lift te gebruiken of we laten zakken in het water voordat je aankomt en je kunt gewoon trek uw boot in / out van het boothuis. Alle 4 boothuis garagedeuren worden aangedreven door een elektrische opener.

Breezeway Bay is een niet-roken eigendom (binnen). Gasten kunnen in geval van slecht weer buiten onder de dekking roken.

We bevinden ons halverwege tussen Guntersville en Scottsboro in de inham van de Waterfront-scheepshelling waardoor het heel gemakkelijk is om uw boot te lanceren en dan binnen een minuut terug met ons naar uw huis en uw vrachtwagen / aanhangwagen te rijden !. Als u liever uw boot oplegt, omvatten andere populaire en zeer korte opritten Goose Pond en Siebold Creek.

David & Edna bezitten en beheren elk aspect van het onroerend goed, inclusief alle schoonmaakwerkzaamheden. U zult schoner accommodatie niet vinden in het meer! Kom verblijf bij ons en ontdek alles wat North East Alabama te bieden heeft.

Excellent Experience

We had an excellent experience staying here. Everything is so clean and nice. Beautiful house and love the community. Communication with the owner was great and he made sure we had everything we needed. The boat house is great with two lifts and was perfect to keep our boat in. The boat ramp is very close to property and we love waterfront grocery that is nearby as well. Highly recommend this house to anyone.

The house was beautiful and had everything you would need. Water was down so wasn’t able to use boat house for the boat lift, but that’s beyond the owners control. It was only a minute drive to Waterfront boat dock.

Fishing Tournament

Our stay at the house was fantastic. We had plenty of rooms, beds and space to accommodate our family. The boat dock was very helpful because I could plug my boat in and not have to worry about taking my boat out of the water every night. It was very beneficial to be located close to waterfront gas station. Excellent breakfast sandwiches and a fisherman’s paradise. I would recommend this location to anyone coming to visit lake guntersville.

Very nice house and access to the lake.

This is a well-appointed property with updated interiors, nice cabinets and counter tops throughout, lovely screened in porch, fresh paint, plenty of linens, well-stocked kitchen along with easy and direct access to the lake and a boathouse. The mattresses are very firm and most of the pillows were not has thick as we prefer so would suggest bringing your own if this would matter to you There are 2 private bedrooms on the ground floor which share a full bath. There is also a private bedroom/primary suite upstairs with a full bath and walk-in closet connected by a small hall to the bedroom. There is also what looks like a sitting area off the primary suite which has been converted to an additional sleeping area. This area shares the bathroom upstairs with the primary bath. There is a louvered door which connects this loft/sitting area to the primary suite. It is also at the top of the stairs and the area is fully open to below. Ideal for children. The only complaint, if you want to call it that, is that there is a lot of road noise from the adjacent highway which is a major artery from Scottsboro to Guntersville to bypass Huntsville. The traffic on this road includes 18 wheelers, trucks pulling boats, cars, etc. There is a privacy fence and a stand of trees to decrease the road noise to the house but it is only partly successful. The owner is very attentive and checked in with us 2 to 3 times during our stay to insure our needs were met. Would be happy to rent from them again!

Easy stay!

We checked in super easily. There were plenty of clean towels and wash rags. There was space outside for kids to roll down the hill and play tag and plenty of room for parking for all of the family who showed up for dinner- we parked seven vehicles with no problem! This place had everything we needed for a quick family get together.

The lakehouse was beautiful, clean, beautifully funrnished with all you need for a pleasant, relaxing, comfortable vacation. Owners were available to answer questions and provided instructions for everthing. TV and Computer hookups were a pleasant surprise.

Enjoyed our Lake Guntersville stay!!

Nice home, appreciated the wonderful beds!! Kitchen very well equipped, furniture was comfortable, easy, paved walk to pier and boathouse. Covered carport accommodates two vehicles. Only downside - as others have mentioned - was the traffic noise, but we travel with sound machines so wasn't as much an issue for us. Communication with owners was great! Water a little low this time of year but wasn't a problem for us.

Wonderful gathering place with good fishing areas very close.

We had almost one full day of rain, but the breezeway is covered and dry for our group to gather and enjoy the day. It was clean, comfortable and fit our group very well.

Cozy house

While the house in general was clean, the tile floor on the main level was dirty. Feet/socks turned brown pretty quickly. We had 6 family members (18+) and a small dog. Seating in the family room was a little snug for all 6 of us but we managed. Could have used a few more dishes to not have to run the dishwasher so frequently but we did have enough dishes for a meal. Overall we had a nice few days at the lake.

Amazing hosts

Beautiful home! My family of 6 stayed comfortably for a week. The hosts were amazing and VERY accommodating! I had questions before our stay and communication was always prompt and helpful. David even put up a ramp to accommodate my grandmother's wheelchair. When we arrived there was a loose screen that our dog was able to get out of...I messaged David and he came early the next morning to repair it. Great outdoor space, large screened porch, covered parking. Upstairs bedroom has a closet that could be another small bedroom (plenty of space if your an overpacker like me). The home was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved fishing and watching the ducks at the boathouse. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The property owners are so great and welcoming!!! This house is fully stocked and amazing. There is a little noise from traffic coming along the highway, but the place can't be too perfect. Plenty of parking, sleeping space, a wonderful screened in porch and the walk to the dock and boathouse was lovely.
