Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel on August 16, 2025. The person at the front desk during the daytime check-in shift was extremely rude, unfriendly, and disrespectful — it really felt like he was taking out a bad day on the guests. I don’t know his name, and I’m not sure if he is the same person who also works the night shift, but the one attending today during the day was terrible. I had even called before arriving and he answered the phone with a very bad attitude, then hung up on me while I was still talking.
We specifically requested a non-smoking room, but when we entered the room it smelled strongly of cigarettes, so clearly it was not being respected as non-smoking. On top of that, the room and facilities were not clean — we found hair from previous guests and the place overall felt poorly maintained.
I understand this hotel is on the cheaper side, but regardless of price, guests deserve basic cleanliness and respectful treatment. Sadly, this was not the case here, and I cannot recommend staying at this property.
