'Great spot for plane spotting aircraft at SAN. The rooftop guest area has a great view for pictures. Large rooms and ample beds make it excellent for large families.'

'Lovely hotel unique and very good staff The only recommendations are that they have to give hotel guests prefference in one of the restaurants and make up the beds every day and close the corridor for people who are not staying in the hotel. Very noisy in the corridors in the evening '

'Great location, centrally located in Mission Valley for us as we were visiting La Jolla, Mission Bay,, Point Loma, the Zoo and Old Town. The staff were extremely friendly. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job stocking towels for the five of us. Plenty of options at breakfast too.'

'The property itself was okay. Nothing amazing but worked well for our family. The breakfast was okay but as a celiac there was nothing safe. Single serving jams, butter, cream cheese would have been helpful. There is a fridge and a induction stove in the room but without spray or butter it was very hard to cook with them. The staff was NOT helpful when asking about restaurants and things to do in the area. Having to pay for parking every night was also not ideal since it was the only option....

'The room was fine. No complaints. But here’s why I’m giving such a low rating - the listing says parking is available for $25 extra. I arrive and there’s no place to park to get out and check-in. Street parking around this neighborhood is dreadful. I parked in a bank parking lot temporarily just to check in, hoping I could get through the gate and park inside once I got checked in. 'This is a wonderful place to stay. I had a room with the bathroom. My only issue was that the room has 2 full walls of windows with no way to block light. Just pack an eye mask. As this is located in an active neighborhood (which is an amazing location) The room is very bright all night and no way to sleep after sunrise. 'This hotel was above what I expected. The staff was very kind and helpful. The managers were very patient and understanding. Don’t hesitate to speak to any of the staff if you need help with anything they will go out of their way to help you. The breakfast and managers reception had decent food. The hotel is pretty clean. The amenities decent. I will definitely come back here again in the near future.'
