'The staff was great, but we're not able to help us ultimately. The room was clean. We had multiple ptoblems with this property. First, out shower head barely worked, the water pressure was unusable. We notified the staff, and the maintainance man fixed the shower head. Then, there was a hot water outage. Out of the 7 days we stayed there, there was only hot water 5 days. We asked for compensation and they said they couldn't help us. While the staff seemed empathetic, they could not fix the water...

'We didn't stay in this apartment. We had a late arrival flight. We informed that, we will be arriving late. they said they will place the key at the safe place. But they didn't put the key. Our cab driver helped with the communication. I called the given number, they didn't answer, then our cab driver called and talked to them. They provider house kind, which is very very ok. '

'La propiedad es buena, la relación calidad y precio es lo justo, personal de Front Desk y housekeeping muy amables, siempre dispuestos a orientarte y ayudarte, el agua en la propiedad por el momento es fría pero es pasable, la zona tiene muchos lugares de comida bastante cerca, también está a pasos del Hueco lugar donde consigues de todo a muy buenos precios, también el museo y la plaza botero están cerca, solamente el área tiene algunos indigentes en la noche pero hay bastante seguridad...
