'Lovely cottage with far more than you need for a comfortable stay. There is a small enclosed back garden which is great for dogs and the table and bench seat is great for us humans. There is a large van parked next door which can make it difficult but not impossible to get in and out of the parking space; just patience and lots of small movements worked.We had a great stay and look forward to a return visit.'

'A really nicely appointed cottage for a lovely relaxing week away. It’s an easy walk to the pub and very handy to get on the coast road to tour round. 'Spacious bungalow in a great location just a few minutes walk from the quay and super walks along the marshes. Our stay was comfortable, warm and everything we needed was available with excellent wifi. Thank you for the welcome gifts too, a lovely surprise. '

'When I booked the apartment I chose the one with a sea view however on arrival our accom was at the rear of the building. That said it did not detract from our stay. Would have liked some instruction booklets for the central heating and appliances but we muddled through. Also some brochures for attractions in the are would have been helpful. All in all we had a great time and we would book the Burlington again. '

'Lovely cottage, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The information packs provided were very comprehensive and helpful. The front and back garden was beautifully kept, adding to the charm of the property. Inside, the single bedrooms were bright, spotlessly clean, and the beds very comfortable. 'We had such a lovely time the cosy Nook was perfect for us, quirky with everything we needed for an amazing mini break. Gutted we didn’t explore more of the local area but the sun was shining so we were drawn straight to the beach. Will definitely stay again x'
