Dit ruime, comfortabele Sea Ranch-huis is ontworpen door Ralph Matheson, een lokale ontwerper die goed bekend staat bij The Sea Ranch en omgeving. Het huis beschikt over een mooie, lichte, open keuken en laten we eerlijk zijn - iedereen komt in de keuken terecht.

Dit hondvriendelijke huis beschikt ook over een grote open, houtgestookte open haard, satelliet-tv met groot scherm, stereo-installatie met FM-radio, cassette & CD-speler, magnetron, een buitenbubbelbad op een groot dek.

Er zijn twee slaapkamers, elk met hun eigen aangrenzende badkamers. De slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een eenpersoonsbed en een queensize stapelbed. Dit huis slaapt zes comfortabel met een maximale bezetting van zeven. Als u de gezinshond meeneemt, betaalt u alleen een toeslag voor huisdieren.

Dit familiehuis ligt in de buurt van het recreatiecentrum Del Mar en niet ver van het blufpad. U wilt van Ocean Star uw Sea Ranch-vakantie maken!


U moet contact met ons opnemen om meer dan één hond aan de reservering toe te voegen, indien toegestaan. $ 20 per hond, per nacht. Als huisdieren zijn toegestaan, zijn de kosten voor de eerste hond inbegrepen in de totale vermelde kosten.

Parkeernotities: Reserveringen met 1-2 gasten ontvangen 1 parkeerkaart (tenzij anders aangegeven), 3+ gasten ontvangen 2 parkeerkaarten. De Sea Ranch Association staat slechts 2 passen per reservering toe. Parkeerpassen zijn voor auto's geparkeerd in de Sea Ranch (bij de rec centra, wandelpaden enz.) En moeten zichtbaar zijn in de voertuigen. De meeste maar niet al onze huizen bieden plaats aan meer dan 2 auto's. Voor gasten met meer dan 2 auto's kunnen extra auto's worden gebruikt om zonder pas van en naar het huis te gaan, maar moeten anders op de oprit blijven. Parkeren op straat is niet toegestaan. Het grootste deel van ons huis biedt plaats aan niet meer dan 3 auto's. Vragen over ALLEEN parkeerbeperkingen en overloopparkeren moeten worden gesproken met Sea Ranch Association (707) 785-2444. Kantooruren zijn dins tot en met zaterdag 8: 30-5.

Peaceful seaside retreat

We loved this beautiful, quiet home. It is short walk from the bluff overlooking the ocean. It has a large, well-designed kitchen and comfortable living room. We loved watching the deer and jackrabbits in the fields outside!

Cozy, great location, steps from coastal trail!

We loved our short stay at this house in sea ranch. The location was perfect, we were able to take our dog on the coastal trail within steps of the front door. The interior was cozy but spacious. We enjoyed having this as our home base for our coastal adventure.

Lovely location, nice house

Sea Ranch is incredible, we have a wonderful time every time we go there. This house was fine, not our favorite. Upsides: great location, great view, comfortable beds, nice hot tub, easy walk to the bluff trail, very quiet and private. Downsides: could not raise the blinds (per the host's request, they ask we turn the slats but not raise the blinds....so views were obstructed), sofa was broken, dishwasher was not running cycles, almost no fire wood supplied, no mixing bowls (at least that we could find). We also couldn't find an exterior outlet to plug our car in, which is of course not a requirement of a rental but worth mentioning. The manager was very responsive and communication was easy. Location at the north end of Sea Ranch meant that the trip to the Surf grocery store was easy. All in all, staying here was just what the doctor ordered after an incredibly stressful election week. Nature heals!!

Nice Location!

The house was cute could use some updating in the bathrooms. The carpet was stained, suggestion would be to get it steam cleaned or replace with vinyl wood. We had issues with getting the shower water hot enough. We did bring it to the property manager's attention. They said they would look into it! The location of the house was nice, we were very close to Gualala so it made it easy for us to pick up whatever we needed. It was well equipped in the kitchen. Overall, we love Sea Ranch! Love walking the trails!

Power outage cut short our stay

Good house, good location. Because of the storms we suffered a multi day power cut so no heating, hot water, hot tub, device charging, entertainment or cooking on the stove/oven. Lack of replacement toilet paper was another issue. Also while I did use the hot tub the first two nights before the power cut, the water must have been low PH as it badly affected my skin. whoever maintains the hot tub needs to check it and adjust it each time.

3rd stay here. Great view, comfortable house. Just a few things to keep in mind if planning a stay: The jetted tub no longer jets (I would have saved more water if I hadn’t filled above the jets only to find out they didn’t work). The floor of the shower in master bath needs to be redone (though I’m sure the prop managers are aware). The fencing around the hot tub needs repair (not as private with the guys working on the house next door). If you plan on cooking…. The house is very well stocked but needs: olive oil and balsamic vinegar, a garlic press, champagne flutes and a Brita water filter as the water at Sea Ranch is notoriously unpleasant to drink - we brought our brita from home and used the fridge water filter to fill it and that was perfect. The master bed used to be very comfortable but now it’s quite hard. We ended up sleeping in the smaller room because the bed had a softer topper. The microwave didn’t work for us, but I’m sure that will be repaired before the next guest gets in. We still very much love this home and location.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Star. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Had our morning coffee outside on deck. Walked to ocean cliff trail with our dog. Saw deer and seals. Hot tub and reading in afternoon. Perfect get away. Hope to return soon.

Good option close to bluff and views

We really like this house, 2nd visit. I planned a long visit cooking all of our own meals - wasn’t sure about kitchen supplies. It was very well stocked and organized. So if you plan on cooking you’re good to go. I was sad to see that the air hockey table had been removed but the listing and photos still mention it. The master bed seemed way firmer than I remembered from fall 2019 (good to know the mattress was changed but the previous one was far more comfortable). Also the bunk bed is gone (no biggie for us, but some kids might get excited by the photos of it). I guess the take away is to update the photos for the listing. One of our guests also suggested adding hooks by the hot tub for towel hanging. Otherwise, more affordable than other listings with great whale watching/ocean views and easy access to the Sea Ranch bluff trails. Will be back! Thank you

Nice quiet get-a-way! First travel for us since COVID Pandemic!!

Positives: Clean, comfortable, nice setting & private. Nice view of ocean in the distance from living room windows. Beautiful sunsets!! Negatives: Did not use hot tub even though we were charged a $ 45 "Hot Tub Fee". Ice machine inside freezer wasn't working. Used shower in 2nd bedroom and shower head diverter valve was broken and came off in my hand. Called Management office to report condition and they said they would send their maintenance folks out to repair it. Gas BBQ was very dirty and old, so did not use. Overall, a good choice for us as we really needy a change of scenery after being locked in for so long!!! Probably would recommend this place to friends just for the piece and quiet!

Lovely getaway

The property was nicely located, very close to the trails and to Gualala town. Lovely ocean view from the living room. Kitchen is amply supplied with pots and appliances. The house needs some deep cleaning and TLC as well as updating. Dryer not functional. Some dishes left with food residue.

A Sea Ranch Favorite

This was our second time staying at this property. I love how close it is to the bluff/trails. Nice property, clean and kitchen has pretty much everything you would need. New hot tub, we had slight issue (no power) but we were able to have fast and quick communication with Vacasa staff, and it was a simple issue. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect stay

We wanted a little getaway to cook, play golf, and just relax. This place ticked all the boxes. Stunning views near the ocean. Hot tub to relax in. A spacious kitchen and games. 2min from the golf course. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back to Sea Ranch!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

My family of four had a quick weekend getaway to Sea Ranch. We loved the home. My two young children, ages 5 and 3, had a lot of fun with the foosball table, air hockey, and hot tub. The home was very clean and well appointed. We had no hesitation about health and safety during our stay. The home was a short drive to local beaches, and a short walk away from a beautiful waterfront hike. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Air hockey and foosball + great location = wonderful vacation!

This was a lovely house in a great location. We were super close to Gualala so running in to town to grab groceries was easy peasy. The two gaming tables were fun for our kids. The house is beautiful with a wonderful view of the blue water, and we had an easy walk down to the bluffs to watch the waves come in and the seals lie about.

power outage never fixed

The power went out in a portion of the house so I filled out a form on vrbo but that message for help in finding fuse box/get help but the message never made it to the property manager. We had no power in that part of the house for the last two nights. Eventually I was told I should have called vacasa (how would I know that?) who said they would get back to me but never did. Also: the lockbox didn't work and cleaners were still at property at 4 PM - our checkin time.
