The rest are all disadvantages. -- no service -- I saw cops many times in my 5-day stay -- loud neighbours -- lots of noisy, teen kids running around in the corridors. I guess the property is rented by some state agency for boarding the kids under the state care I stayed there for the sunk cost. I will not go back.'

'Breakfast only had cofee, muffins, and oatmeal. Muffins were old. Room did not have shampoo or conditioner. Air conditioner was very noisy.'

'Breakfast on Saturday was excellent! Staff that was serving scrambled eggs/tater tots/bacon was amazing. She still smiles eventhough I can tell she is overwhelmed with all the demands. Sunday breakfast was okay. Sausages were salty. Apple juice machine tasted like water, but right away change after I talked to the staff. Hot water jug was cold. Staff gave me a hot water in a glass which I greatly appreciate it! Saturday staff in cleaning the room was not helpful. I did give her our used towels...

'I stayed last Thursday for one night. Today, a Monday almost 3 pm. I still see the security deposit of $150 after three nights. Not sure if this is typical for the hotel operation. Now I have to monitor to see that this goes away. One extra thing to be concerned about. I didn't find so to speak, a bath towel. Not that I would need one but it's just that it was a new experience to NOT find one. Not sure if it is now the new standard. There were two sets of coffee packs but didn't find an electric...
