Onze Seabrook Island villa ligt op loopafstand van 3 zwembaden (1 indoor), speeltuin, basketbalveld, wandelpaden, nationaal gerangschikt tenniscentrum, een adembenemend manege, state of the art fitness (in het Lake House) en een visvijver . Spring op een fiets en in 10 pittoreske minuten liggen je tenen in het zand!


Een beetje over het eiland:
Seabrook Island is een privé, omheind resort van 2200 hectare en een woongemeenschap op slechts 21 mijl van het historische Charleston. Met meer dan drie mijlen van ongerept strand, adembenemende moerasvergezichten en een weelderig maritiem bos, is de nadruk bij Seabrook een mooie natuurlijke omgeving, perfect voor een familie-, golf- of tennisvakantie, een reünie of een bruiloft.

Seabrook gasten genieten van twee van de '30 beste cursussen die u kunt spelen 'in SC, een nationaal gerangschikt tenniscentrum, met 15 banen, zwembaden met uitzicht op de oceaan, een pittoresk ruitercentrum met strand- en trailrides, een volledig uitgerust fitnesscentrum en oceaan- en golfbaan uitzicht restaurants.

Een verscheidenheid aan winkels is binnen enkele minuten beschikbaar bij Freshfields Village, een verzameling lokale bedrijven en restaurants ... en een breed scala aan evenementen, variërend van boerenmarkten tot 'Cinema under the Stars'. Dit alles en meer ... een korte fietstocht weg!

Voorzieningenkaart bij de wekelijkse verhuur. Als u minder dan een week verblijft en de kaart wilt, is deze $ 25 per dag. De voorzieningenkaart geeft u toegang tot het zwembad van het Lake House, aan de overkant van de straat van de villa en de zwembaden van de strandclub. Het geeft je ook toegang tot golf, tennis, manege en de restaurants op het eiland.

Very Clean and Great Location

I’m a germaphobe , finding a clean property was probably #1 on my list when looking for a place to stay ! This property was very clean and well equipped. Great location! The property owner Cynthia, also was wonderful and answered all our questions promptly! Definitely would stay again.

Perfect Location & Lovely Place!

Highly recommend for couples or a family! Everything was as described and clean. No issues and loved being close to the Racquet Club and Lake House pool. Lots of nearby dining options or stay in and cook. Kiawah is a short drive away and can watch dolphins swim in the afternoon at the Beachwalker beach park. Highly recommend as Seabrook is such a quiet, charming, relaxing Island!

Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and the proximity to the beach club was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was there to enjoy a relaxing time with friends. I am looking forward to visiting again with my husband!

The villa was nice. However, I felt like it could have been cleaned a little better. We were unable to use the Keurig because it looked like the filter had not been cleaned recently. Location was good and the covered parking was a plus.

Everything was great. Two comments, the Comcast/Infinity router is an older generation and very slow. You can upgrade those for free, suggest the owners do that. Will make streaming a much more pleasant experience. Also, the key lock box is a bit clumsy. Suggest moving to a keypad like many other units in Seabrook have.

The accommodations were excellent - clean, well-furnished and roomy. The locations was great for shopping, accessing boating, and other outdoor activities. Having never been to this part of the country before, this was an excellent way to see things for the first time.

We fell in love with Seabrook

This rental was perfect for the 4 of us. I am very picky about a place being clean and this place was clean! The kitchen was a great size and we loved sitting on the deck and playing games in the evening. The location across from the clubhouse was awesome. We paid for the extra amenity card to have pool access by the beach along with access to the beach club. I would recommend doing this. We hope to go back soon. Thank you Cynthia for a beautiful rental.

Sister Weekend!

“Perfect” is what describes our long weekend at Seabrook! Our rental was decorated beautifully and was furnished with every item you might need on your stay. The entire unit was very, very clean (so important during these crazy times!). The owner was very quick to respond to questions I had. Like I already said, perfect weekend! We can’t wait to go back!

Great experience!

We had a great experience staying on Seabrook Island. The villa was bigger and better than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the pools, riding bikes, and the beaches. We also immersed ourselves in the surrounding community and Charleston’s rich culture.

Cozy Villa with Ample Patio & Deck Seating

This property was a nice find for us using VBRO. The owner, Cynthiana, was very responsive and provided answers and insights to our inquiries and questions. The Villa was nice and clean and provided us with a great, relaxing vacation. The covered parking was a nice add as well. While the Villa’s location did require a few minutes drive to the beach access points, we found it to be still somewhat convenient. The Seabrook Island is a vacation destination we are sure to return to in the future.
