Perfectly okay but disappointing for the price. Tea/coffee-making supplies very basic; a fridge was mentioned by Expedia so I'd hoped for fresh milk but there was no fridge and only longlife milk. The oldest and clunkiest TV/cable box combo I've seen for a while, though it did work once you got the hang of the remote controls. There was a sea view, but quite limited between the houses.
Lovely old building with period features, a convenient location for the station, town centre and seafront, comfy bed and very little traffic noise. Seaford seems to be a thriving town even off season. I didn't have any meals so can't comment on those.
