We were given a code for the front door and the key to our room was in the door to our room. Our room, #6, had a stand alone tub with a lip that was 30 inches high. We are in our late 70’s and neither of us could climb into to tub to take a shower. So we did without showers for 3 days. And there was nothing on the tub bottom to keep you from slipping. 'The property was under construction where people where painting and all prep literally outside our door and had to stop working to move out of our doorway whenever we would leave. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up.'

The property wasn’t too dirty but it did have an unusual oder almost like Chinese Food was left in the hallway for a couple hours. They do not offer cots, the rooms have vinyl plank floors and no couch so we had to hunt down a comforter set at a local store to make a bed on the floor for my son.
