Spacious 3 bed (master bed on 2nd floor for privacy), 2 full bath condo, with living room and dining room. Smart TVs in every room and cable (ESPN, YES, SNY, Fox Sports, News and Entertainment channels) in living room. Your family will be close to everything Seaside Heights has to offer (restaurants, mini-golf, go-carts, waterpark, arcades, cheesesteaks, pizza, and ice cream). 3rd summer being offered as a weekly rental, all furniture, beds, tv’s, kitchen accessories/small appliances, linens, towels, beach towels are in excellent shape. West facing balcony to enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon drink. Two car parking is included at the condo. 4 beach badges, beach towels and beach bag included.

-1/2 block from the boardwalk and beach (Lucky Leo’s straight ahead, rides on the pier)
-Everything within walking distance (Beach/Boardwalk, Restaurants, Pizza, Beach Bars)

-Large Smart TV in our living room (65" with cable), and in all 3 bedrooms (smart tv’s).
-3 bedrooms (Closets in all bedrooms)
-2 full baths (with tubs)
-Fully equipped kitchen with fridge (water dispenser and ice maker), dishwasher, stove, microwave and oven.
-Dishes, cookware, silverware, knife set, coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender all included.
-Top/bottom washer and dryer in a separate laundry room.
-Central A/C and Heat

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
We want you to have a great time in our condo and lovely beach town.
No parties or groups under 25 – No Proms, No Smoking/Vaping. We prefer families or adult groups who will enjoy themselves and be respectful to our neighbors.

Minimum Stay Requirements – 7 days:
- CHECK IN/OUT SATURDAY ONLY
Please message us if you need to check in on alternate days or are looking to stay more than 7 days but less than 2 full weeks – we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Condo is located on the 2nd and 3rd Floors. No Elevators.
