Mooi appartement met 2 slaapkamers op de bovenverdieping op slechts anderhalve blok van het strand, Main Boardwalk en Water Park Fun! Gemakswinkel en restaurants op een steenworp afstand. 6 slaapplaatsen! 4 Seizoensgebonden STRANDBADGES INBEGREPEN. Bushalte op steenworp afstand van Toms River Park & Ride, die verbinding maakt met NYC.
Grote slaapkamer heeft een nieuw queensize bed. Tweede slaapkamer heeft een twin-over-full stapelbed. Grote woonkamer heeft een volledige slaapbank en een andere bank. Voorzieningen zijn onder andere centrale lucht, WiFi, kabel, wasmachine / droger, koffiezetapparaat, grill. Exclusief gebruik van een nieuw afgewerkt dek van glasvezel op het dak (650 m²) met grill en tafels zodat u kunt genieten van een leuke barbecue of ontspannen in het avondlicht. Parkeren op het terrein. Beddengoed en handdoeken zijn aanwezig, maar als u dat liever heeft, moet u deze zelf meenemen.

Perfect little beach condo!

Such a great location! Block and a half from the beach/boardwalk, 2 blocks from a water park, and a short walk to the pier. Got there on Wednesday night and headed straight to the boardwalk for some fireworks (they have them every Wed night). Thursday we hung at the beach all day and came back to the condo for afternoon snacks and happy hour on the rooftop deck. The wind was crazy and the deck umbrella inverted!! I texted the owners to let them know and apologize and they showed up with a new umbrella, a crab trap to take to the bay for crabbing, and even gave bubbles to my 4 year old. They are SO kind! The place was so clean and had all the amenities you could think of. The bunk beds are both double beds now (not pictured in the listing) but that was a huge bonus. The single bedroom was perfect (bed was a little firm so if you like it soft bring a mattress topper). The laundry machines, beach chairs, and beach tags were also clutch! Place comes with all bedding and towels so all you need is some beach towels and you’re good to go.

Place was very clean and a nice size. Host was very accommodating. Our umbrella broke on the deck and they brought me a new one the same day and they traveled an hour away just to bring it. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Will definitely book again.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a wonderful time in Seaside Heights. Property was exactly as listed. Yi and his wife were very welcoming and accommodating! In walking distance to everything, all the necessities (and more) provided. Beach passes were appreciated! We used the outdoor space as much as the inside & it made a good spot for fireworks too. Wonderful stay for our family!
