Mooie rivierfront en ruime condominium (ca. 1300 m²) gebouwd in 2006 met met een ongelooflijk uitzicht op de rivier en gemakkelijke toegang tot het strand; ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar het strand. Woonkamer heeft mooie gashaard, grote flatscreen-tv met kabel-tv en dvd-speler, comfortabele stoelen en toegang tot balkon met uitzicht op de rivier de Necanicum. Propaan BBQ en buitenstoelen voorzien. Slaapkamer heeft een kingsize bed met UITZICHT en kabel-tv en gratis draadloos internet. Master bad heeft granieten toonbanken en douche / bubbelbad combo met granieten surround ook. De keuken is prachtig ontworpen met roestvrijstalen apparaten, granieten werkbladen, prachtige houten kasten en vaatwasser. Tweede slaapkamer heeft nog een Queen bed en een complete badkamer is net naast de slaapkamer toegang ook. Oefenruimte alleen beschikbaar voor volwassenen (18 jaar en ouder). Bijkeuken met wasmachine / droger in de eenheid ook. Op loopafstand van zowat overal in de stad. Omheinde parkeerplaats voor slechts 2 auto's, niet roken of huisdieren.

It was our home away from home with everything we needed. And there was so much more to make our stay perfect - property is right on the river, beach access only about 3 blocks away, quiet, serene, and safe. Property manager is professional & quick to respond.

Lovely, clean condo in great location

We love staying a little outside of downtown in Seaside. The beach is just about three blocks away so an easy walk, or there is a parking lot right there if you have limited mobility. They have added a kind of carpet/path by that parking lot which makes it much easier to walk through the dunes, which I really appreciated for my niece with limited mobility. The beach on this end of town is much quieter than if you stay right in downtown. I love the bike shop right on the corner; you can rent bikes for low tide which is great for the kids. I believe the cost is cheaper than the bike shop downtown and I like the owner. The condo was really clean, comfortable beds, great showers, kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view of the river. I would absolutely stay here again.

Seaside escape

Great location, a short walk to activities in the heart of Seaside, but removed enough to have some quiet time. We enjoyed it as a central location for day trips to Cannon beach, Astoria etc. The apartment was very spacious, clean, beds were comfortable, except for the pullout daybed.

Nice and spacious

My family had a great time staying in a very clean, spacious place, it has everything you need to make your stay pleasan. Even though you can’t see the ocean but the river has one of the gorgeous views. The place is bigger then the pictures. We will definitely stay there again.

Beautiful and quiet

This place is within a 10 minute walk to Broadway. It is far enough away though that it is quiet and peaceful. It is so clean and so cozy. One of the best places we ever stayed.

Spring break getaway

The condo was nice. Loved the balcony. Beds a tad soft for us. Well furnished. A lot of buffering when streaming shows. Great parking & 15 min walk to the center of town. The bumper cars were fun and the arcade a hoot. Aquarium is small, only $5/person, good for rainy days. Restaurants: Finns was good and had a nice outdoor seating area with table fireplaces. The fish tacos were wonderful and the ginger rice was very tasty. The crab cakes and the calamari were fair. I also thought the tuna Poke was good, fresh tasting. Mo's was overall a 2. The views are great but food, not so much. The chowder was disappointing, little flavor on the food. Blackened shrimp skewers were good.

The home was beautiful just a little outdated with its decor. The master bedroom bed needs some serious upgrade as it was like sleeping on a bed of rocks. The AC also needs to be upgraded. The great thing about this property was the ease of checking in and out.

Comfortable Condo

Really enjoyed staying at this clean and comfortable Condo. So quiet and safe with the gates and well lit parking lot. The view of the river was pretty. We crabbed off of the 12th street bridge but didn't get any keepers. Great location. I would stay here again.

There is no bbq grill as we were told and as advertised. Housekeeping did not do a through job as there was garage under the beds. There was an electrical cord missing for griddle. No paper towels. Glad I brought my own

terrible couldn't use elevator. Dirty hall ways parking space #41 had workers scaffolding. had to find empty space. Over charge property totally being renov a ted for the last (9) months.
