Dit mooie, moderne herenhuis met twee verdiepingen biedt alle gemakken van thuis en nog veel meer. Beneden vindt u een open keuken, woonkamer en eetkamer, met schuifregelaars naar de patio en omheinde achtertuin met tuinmeubilair en Weber BBQ. De woonkamer heeft een gezellige gashaard, satelliet-tv met dvd / videorecorder. Keuken is volledig ingericht inclusief vaatwasser. Eethoek stoelen 6 comfortabel. Er is een half bad beneden in de hal. Boven is een koningin in de slaapkamer, plus een eenpersoonsbed en tv met kabel en dvd. Master badkamer heeft een grote inloopdouche. Tweede slaapkamer heeft 2 stapelbedden voor in totaal 4 eenpersoonsbedden. De derde slaapkamer heeft een queensize bed. Er is een complete badkamer naast de hal met bad / douche-combinatie. (Wasruimte is boven achter bi-voudige deuren) Aan de overkant van de straat ligt de rivier de Necanicum met slechts 5 korte blokken naar het congrescentrum en de stad. Het strand en de promenade liggen op loopafstand. Parkeerplaats voor 3 auto's, niet roken of huisdieren toegestaan.

We had such a wonderful time! This house was amazing for us. We were able to walk down to the beach within 10 minutes or so and walk downtown in about the same amount of time. Great location! Our boys loved the bunk beds! We loved being able to cook and grill our own food and it was great having a washer and dryer because we got very wet and sandy a few times a day. Wonderful place! Woukd definitely stay again!

The location was excellent. Just a short walk to all the beach, shops and restaurants. I would have given 5 stars, however, the pilot light on the water heater was out and we took cold showers the first night. That being said, the management company, when contacted was very prompt in coming out and correcting the problem. I would definitely stay here again!

Our second time staying here! It's such a great location, close to downtown and an easy walk to the beach and Promenade. The teens loved the bunkbed room, of course. :)

The house was spacious and very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed including a crockpot. The location was great too. My only complaints are the wood floors need a good cleaning and they could use some new pillows and towels. My husband and I stayed there with our son and daughter in law and our two grandkids and we had plenty of room. I would stay there again if I was visiting the area.

The property was exactly as described. The house was clean. It was easy to contact the owners when needed. The house had a numeric lock which was super nice (rather than having to meet someone and get a key).

The property itself was quite nice. We had a party of eight and there were only nine dinner plates total zero lunch plates or salad bowls. No pizza cutter which every beach has needs. It really only accommodates two cars unless you park in the garage which is small there were no beach chairs, which was a huge disappointment, otherwise everything was great.

Overall, very happy with the house. The location is quiet and a short wslk to the beach and shops/restaurants. The house has a nice backyard. Kitchen is fine wth the basic requirements. There is ample parking full size washer and dryer upstairs. Gas fireplace in living room. Only two minor things I would recommend to make our experience better; more comfortable pillows and tissue boxes in the bathroom.

Loved our stay in seaside. This was our second time coming here and we stayed at this home for the first time this round. We were super happy with it. Our family of 6 stayed here. Plenty of space , very clean, multiple bed options for everyone and minutes from one of our favourite beaches. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!!!

Family of 5 stayed in June 2023. Great location within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. House is well stocked. Good communication from management company. Only recommendation is get better mattresses, the beds were not comfortable. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and the house is within walking distance to all that Seaside has to offer. The house is equipped with everything you need for a beach weekend. Unfortunately we saw evidence of rodents downstairs in the kitchen. They ate some of our children’s gummy vitamins placed on the table for the next morning. When going down to the kitchen one night, we saw something scamper across the kitchen floor. Great house, just needs some help with rodents.

Stayed for Spring Break with the kids and rental was home base for daily outings. Property looked like photos and was clean. We had a surprise kitchen issue come up late at night and property management was available and responsive. Went so far as to switching our property the next day (earliest available time) to another one they manage and didn't up-charge for the switch while they addressed the kitchen at original property. Definitely a great property management group that runs this location, will look for their rentals specifically in the future. Thanks Erin and Sherri!

Really great location, this place was big for our party (we had 3 adults and 2 children). Could have easily fit another couple with plenty of room to spare. We let the kids play in the backyard with the sand toys and they played with the rocks while the adults lounged in the sun. The short walk to the beach around the corner was so nice and relaxing, and it’s close to the aquarium, food, and shopping. Beautiful area, will 100% recommend to anyone I know traveling there. Also very well stocked place, literally anything you need to cook is probably there, waffle iron, griddle, pots, crockpot, etc. Garage has a ton of sand toys for kiddos so no need to bring your own. Scooter & wagon in the garage to use for kids too. We had a great stay, thanks!

Clean and welcoming house with lots of beds, toys for kids, some games and tv/Netflix etc for a rainy day or downtime. Right across the street from the river, so there is some traffic in front of the house, but it never bothered us. Weather was too rainy to enjoy the small backyard, but it had a nice table/chairs, bbq. There was an issue with the washing machine, but it was communicated to us ahead of time so we were aware of it. Close for walking to the main strip (maybe 10 minutes?) almost a straight shot to the prom and beach!
