Welcome to Riverview Retreat in Seaside! This second-floor condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and offers a beautiful view of the Necanicum River from the balcony. You and five guests can relax in comfort and style while staying in this newly renovated unit with all new furniture. Park the car, grab your bags, and head on up via the stairs or elevator!

Upon entering Riverview Retreat, you'll find that this condo offers a large living space featuring a kitchen, dining room, and living area. The first bedroom, containing a queen bed, is off to the left, with two bedside tables, a reading lamp, and a large closet to place your belongings. The first bathroom is in the hallway with a tub/shower combo. The large kitchen features black granite countertops, and wood cabinets and includes everything you might need to whip up some easy meals during your stay. You'll have access to a refrigerator with an in-door water/ice dispenser, microwave, toaster, oven, gas stovetop, coffee maker, and enough silverware and dishware for everyone in your group.

The dining room table sits behind the kitchen, with seating for all six of your guests. You can also choose to eat at the bar if you'd like, or simply enjoy a quick cup of coffee and a bowl of cereal before heading out. The living room area offers plenty of seating for your entire party, with two couches, one that doubles as a sleeper sofa, and an armchair with an ottoman in the corner, all facing a large flat-screen smart TV above a gas fireplace. After a long day exploring the beach, relax with a movie and popcorn before heading off to sleep. You'll also have access to Wi-Fi and board games during your stay. You'll be able to access the balcony from the living room area, where you'll have a gorgeous view of the river, as well as the ocean in the distance. The final bedroom contains a king-size bed along with an en suite bathroom containing a jetted tub and shower.

While staying at Riverview Retreat, you'll find plenty to see and do in the small town of Seaside. The beach is just a few blocks west of the condo, and the famous promenade is a mere 4-5 blocks away, where you'll find restaurants, candy shops, a movie theater, aquarium, arcade, and more to explore with your loved ones. There is also an outlet mall for you to do a little shopping at during your trip. The condo offers benches and a lawn out back by the river for guests to enjoy as well.
