You will love the location of this home as it is seven minutes from Monterey’s del Monte Beach. 15 minutes from Carmel and Pebble Beach. This home features a king size bed in every bedroom and hardwood floors throughout. This home is also recently renovated and very clean. Dummy security cameras are located on the front exterior of home. The 4th bedroom is a converted garage and may be cooler then the main house if you are traveling with multiple vehicles and or oversized vehicles please state that to The Host

Live oaks and lace lichen make this a wonderland of gnarly branches. The light rain the morning we hiked gave the manzanitas a shine and a depth that was surreal!

This property changed from the property I viewed… was told I would get a full refund if I didnt the like the new on the day In which I traveled a couple hundred miles and was in the area. Poor communication ….my family with small children was enroute on the same day … bait and switch asked for discount for my trouble and was denied.

Property is very clean and well stocked. Jasmine texted during out visit to verify that all was going well. A park is very close (behind the next house). The cool weather was a nice break from the inland heat.

Monterey Graduation

We had a family member graduating from CSU Monterey. This place was perfect and had everything you would need for a weekend stay. Very quiet neighborhood but parking was a little tight, recommend not having more than 2-3 cars. Overall great experience, host was great at answering any questions right away.

Horrible Communication

First, I cannot speak to the quality of the home. We ended up not staying here as we had issues with communication with the owner. I will also say, I made a mistake and tried to rectify it but they were not helpful. Vrbo had to step in and found us somewhere else as they were appalled at how the owner spoke to me. They had our chat history I gave them access too. Other things I found interesting was on a separate agreement they sent (yes they can do this). They asked how many beds we wanted made (all?!), dogs had to be groomed 24 hours before, and you were not to track any sand in (what happens if you accidentally do?). All in all I would not recommend. We found a lovely home in Carmel for not much more.
