Location is convenient but too much siren going on all day long . Check in process was a challenge to us . It said C properties on the instruction but unable to locate it in the directory . Better put Common property and we had to wait for the code for a while . The door lock was quite difficult to lock n unlock . Kitchen faucet water temp was too hot . Bathroom needs an anti slip rug or handle to prevent falls especially for seniors n kids . Otherwise our stay was ok . Thanks! Hope you take this into consideration for future guests .

This is an ideal spot if you are looking to get the most out of your visit to Seattle. The view of the iconic space needle is spectacular from both the bedroom and the balcony. It’s located in a area that is central to all the attractions which made walking to all our activities a breeze. The condo was very clean and the couch was super comfortable and fit two of us to sleep on plus they supplied an air mattress in case we needed it (which we didn’t) I will definitely be happy to revisit this rental during future trips to Seattle

During our visit to Seattle, the weather was exceptionally hot. Without air conditioning in the apartment, it would have been unbearable for me. Many rental properties in the area typically lack A/C, but thankfully, this apartment was nice and cool upon our arrival. The check-in and check-out processes were effortless, and we had a great experience overall.The cozy unit featured a charming little balcony with a view of the Space Needle, where we enjoyed our evenings with a glass of wine. For those who like to cook at home, like my husband, the stove was outdated, but it wasn't a deal breaker.Everything we needed was within walking distance, so we didn’t even have to use our rental car to get around the city. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely rent this apartment again when visiting Seattle.

Our recent stay here didn’t start off smoothly, the initial check in directions that were given were not correct (passwords for entry were not correct). The WiFi was not working at all and needed to be repaired, but once a technician arrived and repaired it, it was good. The condo was clean as described, the carpet is showing some wear and tear.Location was great, close by to the monorail and concert venues and space needle.

Apartment is listed as having a futon; it does not. Host provided a queen air mattress which is great but it barely fit in the living room (had to move the coffee table) and we needed to deflate the air mattress each morning so that we could sit on the couch and access the patio. I would not list as being able to accommodate 5 people. On the plus side, it is in a great location.

Seattle visit: good location, problems with property

The location of this property is convenient to public transport and a short walk to waterfront and many tourist attractions. Upon check-in I had a few questions and needed to speak with the property host/manager. I texted and called the number provided in the email I received from VRBO, but received no response. This was frustrating. I then messaged through the VRBO app and received a reply. Property host was responsive throughout our stay through the app, but if you're not going to reply to text or phone call don't provide that info to guests.There was no battery in the smoke alarm.The bathroom fan runs continuously. I asked if there is a way to shut it off and was told there is not. There are no screens in the windows or terrace door.The neighborhood is loud at night.The wifi was unreliable/spotty.The dishwasher was broken. The listing says there is a dishwasher available. Upon check-in I saw a note saying to leave dirty dishes in dish rack on counter(?!) I messaged host, who said dishwasher is "being serviced" and to leave dirty dishes in dishwasher. It was frustrating to not have use of a dishwasher as we like to cook a lot. The host offered to provide disposable plates & utensils, which were dropped off later that day at the unit.

Everything one Needs

This property was our selection for a single overnight stay prior to flying out of Seattle. The unit looks exactly as pictured. It is also clean and well-stocked with kitchen accessories. Our host was very receptive to our email questions and assisted with the check-in/checkout process. We would stay here again since it is walkable to downtown and the waterfront.
