In regard to the other items mentioned, we can assure you that we have a well-equipped home including pillows, and provide over and beyond the normal amount of towels, paper products, dove soap, etc. We have a dedicated closet of towels and any cleaning products and wish you had reached out during your stay, we would have been more than happy to help you locate where these items were.
