Fantastic Seattle Base in Ballard
This property is consistently a great base for a stay of any length in Seattle. Spacious, impeccably clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Lots of natural light ++. Located in a beautiful neighborhood. Both classically established and updated with latest amenities. Easy walk to Ballard attractions as well as quick commute to all Seattle destinations. The host is great and super responsive. Highly recommend!

Wonderful, quiet, walkable, cozy
In town to visit friends and attend a wedding. Location was perfect for us with walking distance (less than a mile) through friendly neighborhoods to both city shops and coffee, and botanical gardens and locks. The garden apartment was a lovely haven of clean lines, comfortable spaces, a shelf of books and games for a variety of interests, and an inviting outdoor area for coffee in the morning and a little urban birding (if you don’t mind the rain ;). Lovely bathrooms, comfy beds, elegant kitchen corner, cozy couches. Welcoming ambiance from hosts and overall a very pleasant place. We would book again if returning to Ballard.

Amazing place!
This apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed in it. The beds are super comfy! The apartment is spacious with a nice outdoor area. Showers are very nice with excellent water pressure. Basic toiletries provided. Quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to bus lines. I would definitely stay here again!

overall very nice. only complaint lack of instructions within the unit. Not much on paper. We had to guess as how to leave the property, so we stripped the beds, towels into laundry. Loaded dishwasher. Could not use the TV, way too complicated with no simple instruction

We had a great time in Seattle and the apartment was just as advertised. It was easy to find and in a great location for all the things we wanted to see and do in Seattle. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Great Ballard Spot
We couldn't have been happier with this place, it was perfect. I'm not sure it could've been better located to access all that Ballard has to offer on-foot. A 1-1.5 mile walk gets you to 15+ breweries, numerous coffee shops (all delicious), restaurants ... perfect. There's a direct bus line pickup to Pike Place barely 5 minutes away, and when you get home, you have a private, cozy place to rest. Can't wait to stay here again. Everything at the place was clean and well cared for, owner was communicative and friendly.

Absolutely Fantastic Place in Ballard
This was a perfect place for my stay in Ballard! It's got "location, location, location" covered. Close to everything you would want to be close to. Check in was so easy and all directions for the stay were complete and thoughtfully easy to access. Walking in, the first impression was very nice, spacious, lots of natural light and very comfortable. It's obvious that Bobby has put a lot of forethought into what you may want or need. All of the amenities are thoughtful and very updated. Clean, fresh and feels very safe. The kitchen is great and perfect if you decide to cook. The appliances are new and "high end". Very modern and comfortable in an older established neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again in warmer weather and using the patio. Excellent base for a stay in Seattle. Looking forward to my next visit. Can't say enough nice things about this property.

Thanksgiving in Seattle
Excellent location in Ballard with privacy and a lot of space for a family. With three adults it was nice to have two full bathrooms. We cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner there— kitchen is stocked with enough cookware! (Our only criticism is that the pans are coated surface, like Teflon, and are scratched.) we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Quiet and comfortable
We stayed here for two night, while my father was receiving Cancer treatments at Swedish. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Very cozy, comfortable, well equipped and quiet. I would highly recommend this place.

Great area and easy process
Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The host had the check-in process easy and helpful. He even open the property to a baby gear company so everything was ready for us when we arrived. It is in such a cute area and next to many locations.

This was a spacious apartment and as described in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of coffee and other shops within walking distance. Back yard area overgrown so not sure folks would really want to sit out there - pretty basic furnishings and not many extras so price a little high for what you get.

A wonderful spot in Ballard
We had a wonderful time with our family of four at Bobby's place. The bedrooms were wonderful and very quiet at night for sleeping. The living room and kitchen were also perfect for us to have breakfast before getting out to a day exploring Seattle. We also loved having access to a washer and dryer. The location of the apartment is outstanding. It's a beautiful neighborhood for running or walking, is close to lots of breweries, and quick to get to almost anything in Seattle. It was even just 15 minutes to T-Mobile Park! We highly recommend staying at Bobby's place!

Great Neighborhood, safe and easy to navigate
My wife and I stayed here with our 2 girls (4 and 2). We walked to coffee shop every morning. It was an easy 10 minute walk and there were a few options to choose from depending which baked goods we wanted with our coffees. The home was clean and functioned well for our family. We had access to all the essentials, including a washer and dryer which we used during our stay. It was also nice that we had our personal parking space on the property. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

My favorite VRBO!! Wish I could give it 6 stars!!
This is my favorite VRBO - I would 100% stay here again. The pictures are accurate and yet it looked even better in person. So many pluses: two separate bathrooms, in-suite washer/dryer, completely separate unit with its own entrance, comfortable beds, dark-out shades in the living room, lovely view from the kitchen of flowers in bloom. Location was fantastic - Ballard is a cool, friendly neighborhood. We walked to nearby cafes for coffee, and I chatted with neighbors about their rose bushes :). Larsen's Bakery was our favorite and we went there every morning. Plus, Ballard has a few of its own sights including sea lions at the marina and the locks with the fish ladder. AND its ~20mins from Seattle. Honestly, perfect! Minor recommendations: 1) an air fryer would be a nice addition in the kitchen, 2) fold-up beds that can store in closet - my kids claim those are more comfortable than the sofa-bed variety.

Quaint Ballard Rental
Very happy with Bobby! He helped provided us with a pack-and-play as well as a highchair while stayed there with our kids. It is a safe/quiet area of town and despite having to rent an SUV, parking was pretty easy. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows and extra linens. Seems minor - but the towels were hotel quality, which was nice! Little extras like what was stocked in the kitchen and shampoo/body wash in the bathrooms were all nice touches. Would definitely stay here again if/when we go back to Seattle.
