Rustige en privéstudio, op loopafstand van het centrum van Edmonds

Ruime, vrijstaande studio in de buurt van de veerboot en het stadspark. Je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt om van deze plek je huis te maken - kookgerei, een grote tv en een groot terras om te genieten van de zonsondergang. Toplocatie op loopafstand van het charmante centrum van Edmonds, prachtige stranden, 20 minuten rijden (of 27 minuten met de trein) naar Seattle, en 3 minuten rijden naar de veerbootterminal om naar het Olympisch schiereiland te gaan. Voldoende off-street parking beschikbaar voor uw voertuig, camper of trailer.

Kom maken dit uw thuis weg van huis in het prachtige schilderachtige stadje Edmonds. Dit is een vernieuwde studio van 450 vierkante meter met een groot terras op een groot parkachtig perceel. Onze plaats is gelegen aan een rustige doodlopende straat met een grote tuin vol bomen, waaronder appel, pruimenbomen en bramen. Ze zijn van jou voor het plukken. Je hebt je eigen gebouw met een eigen ingang en een garage met wasfaciliteiten.
Je hebt ook een grote oprit om te parkeren welk voertuig je maar wilt. Als u een huurauto wilt, hebben we er een beschikbaar op Turo (https: // turo. Com / nl-ons / uw-auto / 564030 /)

De studio voelt ruim aan en beschikt over een 50-inch smart-tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. geen tv- of kabelabonnement), elektrische open haard en milieuvriendelijke warmtepomp met airconditioning. De keuken is goed uitgerust met alle kookbenodigdheden die u nodig heeft als u ervoor kiest om te blijven eten. We hebben een comfortabel queensize bed en een volledig uitklapbare bank om 3-4 personen te slapen. (Houd er rekening mee dat de uitklapbare bank comfortabeler is om kleinere mensen te slapen, 5 '8 "of minder). We bieden ook een queen luchtbed en kunnen een pak n play of opblazen peuter bed indien nodig. We hebben drie kinderen, dus laat het ons weten als je iets voor je kinderen nodig hebt.

Dit is een geweldige kans om een smart-home uit te proberen. Een Amazon echo is inbegrepen om muziek af te spelen of de lichten te regelen. De studio heeft een hoog plafond en unieke LED-balkverlichting.

Na een leuke dag in Edmonds of Seattle, geniet van een avond kijken naar de zonsondergang vanaf het grote dek of het koken van s'mores op een kampvuur (hout voorzien, maar alsjeblieft, alleen kleine vuren toegestaan).

All you need

Lovely studio cottage. Location was perfect for us. One thing that is so important to us is quiet and Verns was definitely that. One bonus was the binnies and racoons that came to visit.

Perfect Location

Perfect location 20 minutes out of the city yet central to everything we wanted to do. 2 hours from Mt Rainier National Park. If you hop on the Kingston ferry once off it is a 2 hour drive to the the Olympic National Park main visitor center. To Anacortes, where we took the ferry to San Juan Island, it's an hour/hour and a half depending on traffic. Whale watching was only a 15 minute walk from condo to the Edmonds Whale watching ferry, and yes, we did see orcas! 30 minutes from Discovery Park which was worth the loop trail! 30 minute drive from condo to Aliki Beach. First time in west coast and no regrets. The condo was spotless, bright, and tastefully decorated. Joe and Sejal were absolutely exceptional hosts! Just left and Can't wait to come back!

Family visit

We have family in Everette, Kingston, andShoreline. This was a perfect location. We could walk on the ferry to visit family, saving lots of time compared to taking our car across. The town of Edmonds gave us interesting coffee and dinner options when we were not with family. A great home base. Joe was very responsive to our check in and questions.

Cozy, convenient, and felt like home!

Fantastic studio space that is very clean and fun. It was the perfect space for our weekend adventure with our two teens. We loved the mattress and shower accommodations. Very comfortable! The location is wonderful and a short walk to a beautiful park, Puget Sound beaches, marina, and local businesses. This place had everything we needed to be comfortable. The hosts (Joe & Sejal) were warm, inviting, and treated us like family (we happened to meet Joe when we arrived). This is a great place for families, couples, or anyone looking for a place that feels like home.

Cute little cottage walkable to a cute little town could inspire a novel/movie. We had everything we needed for a relaxing break from our cross country move. Owners provide a great booklet of local info - don't miss the BBQ deli counter at the nearby hardware store!

Quiet Refuge

We love staying at Vern’s Studio. It is charming and cozy and quiet. Within walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, Walnut Street Coffee and a short drive to the ferry terminal and PCC Market, it’s an ideal location. It is definitely our preferred place to stay when we visit Edmonds to see our kids and grandkids.

Fabulous Gem in Edmonds!

This was a perfect place to stay to be able to walk to Downtown Edmonds and the waterfront. The host was excellent and immediately responsive in communication. Safe and quiet, comfortable - I loved it. I stayed for 2 weeks and could have stayed longer - there's still so much I didn't get to explore. I loved all the Christmas decorations that are in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this comfy cottage.

Nice and convenient location for family visiting Edmonds. Walkability to Edmonds is very good, but for other local attractions plan in having a vehicle available. Hosts were friendly and communicative. We would stay here again.
