*There are stairs to navigate inside as the living areas are spread over four levels, affording great privacy for all sorts of groups.

KITCHEN / DINING
Located on the main living area (there are four levels total), this open concept space has a chef's kitchen with marble counter tops and stainless steel appliances. This flows directly to the dining area which includes 4 stools at the breakfast counter, and a dining table that seats 10 and expands to accommodate more.

LIVING
Continuing from the dining room is the living room, furnished with plenty of seating, a robust DirecTV package.

There is a queen size sleeper sofa (with highest end sofa bed mattress on the market) for larger groups. Enjoy our collection of games (Scrabble, cards, etc.) in front of the gas fireplace.

The living room opens to a large deck. This floor also features a powder room.

LAUNDRY
There's a full-size washer dryer on each level that has a bedroom.

BEDROOMS
Bedroom 1: : On the top floor, on the far left, the master suite. You will have a *king size bed* with dual nightstands and a dresser with mirror. The master suite also has a large walk-in closet and a 5-piece spa bathroom with soaking tub, rain shower, his and her sinks, and a toilet separated by a door for privacy. The room is so large that we even put a crib in there for added comfort for families. You have direct access to the top floor deck with views overlooking Alki Beach and on most days you can watch the ferries go by.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is on top floor and in the middle. It is furnished with a twin over twin bunk bed (solid and sturdy --- not just for kids! and there is a closet.

Bedroom 3: Top floor and on the far left has a king sized bed, with two night stands, a closet and plenty of windows.

Bedroom 4: One level down from the main entrance. You will have a queen bed with a large closet and direct access to the full washroom. From the bedroom you have direct access to the lower level private deck.

Bedroom 5: On the lowest level, also accessible from the outside. Set up with a king size bed and direct access to the private yard

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Powder room on the main living area.
Bathroom 2: Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a nearby bathroom with a shower bath on the top level.
Bathroom 3: En suite bathroom located in the master suite (BR 3).
Bathroom 4: Accessible from the common space and directly from bedroom 4; this is a full bathroom with a shower bath
Bathroom 5: On the lowest level, a shower bath and a stackable washer and dryer

OUTDOOR SPACE
All four levels have an outdoor space. Top three have private decks and the lowest has a private yard.

ACCESS
You enter into the house with a code of your choice that will be programmed into the electronic locks...no cumbersome organizing for a key exchange or concerns about arriving and departing at odd hours.

AIR CONDITIONING
Air conditioning is a real rarity in Seattle. We are very happy to say that this home is equipped with central air conditioning, controlled by the wall panels.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Do you plan to cook during your stay? By special advanced arrangement (depending on availability), we will fulfill your grocery list and have your home stocked for your arrival.

Is your group larger than this home will accommodate? We can host up to *500* guests across our portfolio of 50+ homes --- with some homes located in close proximity to each other!

We have 1 through 8 bedroom homes, and everything in between. Some of our homes are perfect for large groups, wedding guests, reunions, corporate retreats, etc.

All homes are fully furnished to high standards and feature all the comforts our guests have come to love.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
This home is central to everything West Seattle has to offer: great restaurants, parks, hiking, supermarkets, day spas, beach and more.

Our home provides easy access to Alki Beach Front where there are many restaurants, shops, water activities and sand to relax and enjoy. West Seattle is also easily accessible to Downtown by Water Taxi (Pike Place Market, Seattle Art Museum, Seattle Great Wheel), Seattle Center (Space Needle, Chihuly Glass Museum).

If all of this touring (and eating) has you tired, pamper yourself with a visit to a day spa or nail salon. There are several of each within a few blocks of home and we are happy to point you in the right direction.

This home has a maximum sleeping capacity of 9. However, Seattle regulations state that no more than 8 *unrelated* guests are permitted per booking. Groups greater in size than 8 will need to affirm that there are no more than 8 unrelated individuals in the group.

To respect our neighbors, this home may use internal NoiseAware sensors. These devices do not record audio within the home, but will alert Seattle Vacation Home when the volume exceeds a level that threatens neighborhood tranquility. We may also use EXTERIOR security cameras to promote the safety of our guests, neighbors and team members.
