I paid for an executive room, but did not get one. The hotel is dirty and rough. Looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in weeks. Dingy, dirty overpriced and loud. I was very disappointed.

I love it here this was the second time staying at this hotel and myself and my son cannot wait to go back! Definitely making my membership with this company as the service is always welcoming, and the facilities and rooms are super clean. The food is a great price and good quality to! It is in the heart of downtown Seattle with shopping just around the corner, and Pike Place is a walkable distance.

It was good. I travelled with another two couples and the last couple were placed two times in rooms that were already occupied. They almost got late to the concert we were attending because of that inconvenience. At the end they were placed in a huge and beautiful suite because they weren’t more rooms available. Service at breakfast at the restaurant was a chaos. Not enough staff

Easy access to all downtown attractions. Easy parking and access to hotel, clean rooms. Wasn’t impressed by the lack of hot water in mornings. Hot water can be limited when hotel busy. Hotel parking is stairs only, no elevator. Picture of hotel pool on Expedia makes the pool look big. Pool is small and hot tub is really small.
