This home sleeps four guests in two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed. The bathroom is configured with a jetted tub/shower combination.

This unit has a single-level layout. Please note that the upstairs half of this duplex may be occupied during your stay and that the driveway is shared.

This rental does not have air-conditioning. There is no beach access at this home.

LOCATION

Redondo Beach is just a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk away for afternoons on the shore.

To dine and shop, drive 10 minutes along the coast to Des Moines. For a day in the city, both Tacoma and Seattle are approximately 20 minutes from home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
