Managed by Bloomer Estates Vacation Rentals on the Washington Coast and located on the bluff overlooking the pristine Seaview dunes, Sea La View offers mesmerizing views of the Pacific Ocean and first-class accommodations.

This unit is on the first floor and all on one level (two flights of five stairs each down from the parking area). The open and airy living room is beautifully appointed with electric leather couch and loveseat, gas fireplace, a large screen TV and a ‘viewing chair’ in front of the picture window. A glass door gives you access to the outdoor dining/seating area. The entry alcove is perfect for grilling out of the wind.

The indoor dining area includes a beautiful wooden table with seating for 6. The bright, immaculate kitchen is fully-equipped, including a serving bar as well as quality cooking utensils, dishes and everything you’ll need for ‘eating-in’ while admiring the captivating view. Paper products are provided as well as hand and dish soaps.

Double doors open to the Master bedroom, complete with a queen bed situated alongside glass patio doors for a morning ocean view. There is an en suite bath with double sinks, a separate shower, and a jetted tub for a delightfully luxurious soaking. You’ll be lulled to sleep in quality linens by the sound of the surf.

The remaining two bedrooms have a double bed and a queen bed. The sound of the surf extends to them, as well. (Port-a-crib and baby monitor are available upon request.) The adjacent bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. Laundry facilities are also provided.

Enjoy a short walk to the beach – less than 15 minutes down the path. Even closer, is an access point for our unique Discovery Trail – a paved walking/bicycling/skateboarding trail that meanders through the dunes all the way to north Long Beach and south to Beard’s Hollow, the lighthouses, and Ilwaco. Famous for its kite-friendly breezes, our beach is the best place for leisurely strolls, bird watching, storm watching, hiking or just staring at the surf and taking in the fresh salt air (a proven stress reliever).

This distinctive hideaway is a short drive to an abundance of local activities, shops, restaurants, and beautiful local parks. Located on the bluff in Seaview, about 2 miles south of Long Beach, on the Long Beach Peninsula – famous for great family vacations.
