'This stay was not the best.'

'This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. 'Convenient, clean and reasonably priced. Nice market and water in the lobby and the room was stocked with a coffee maker and pods. Parking was only $20/night but free with their hotel chain membership. Nice exercise room but no pool. AC could have been a bit quieter. We can't comment on the restaurant because we didn't eat there.'

'Hi, a really great hotel. I had called earlier to mention a late arrival. Although they initially charged, they quickly sorted out a refund when I arrived. The hotel room and bathroom were pristine. I had an issue with a padlock on my suitcase - it took a while for maintenance to attend but when they arrived it was sorted quickly. Great location - 6 mins walk to the metro station. I did not sample the breakfast/food but would highly recommend.'

'The room is quite old, front desk were quite helpful, but housekeeping knock our door in early morning (6:30) is annoying just for delivery slipper.'

'The hotel is a beautifully situated in the heart of downtown Bethesda and excellent walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. However, the bed in the room was very hard and uncomfortable and we had to travel a few floors to get ice because the ice machine on our floor was broken and the floor below us. Leaving us to have to navigate 2 flights of stairs or elevator wait time just to retrieve ice.'

'We tried to check in we had a room booked. But they canceled the room. They how ever did not cancel our credit card. I can't recommend this hotel.'

'Rooms are clean and looks new. Also, what i like about the property is the clean carpets. Room service should be requested. Aircons work well. Bed is comfortable. No bed bugs. Location is the best for me. The hotel is strategically located. Easily accessible to everything. We didnt opt for breakfast and we didnt use the amenities.'

'I asked that I needed to check out early, and if they can give me a voucher or something for my next stay. They said NO. I m a frequent Marriot client, at least something. In general not goof customer service.'

'The room was clean a day staff helful. Breakfast did not have much. I left with no Breakfast because the pancake maker left parts of the mix uncooked. There was not much help there and nothing else that looked appetizing.'
