KITCHEN, DINING, LIVING

High ceilings & wood beams create character in the open living space, where all guests can comfortably gather together! Light and bright, the open kitchen is fully stocked for your whole group! With an abundance of counter space and generous island seating, there`s room for multiple cooks in the kitchen, and a place for everyone to hang out!

A highlight of the kitchen is the dedicated coffee/tea bar, with a wide variety of brewing options! There`s a Ninja Espresso & Coffee Brewing system, a pour over coffee carafe, a French Press, and an electric kettle.

The Ninja Coffee System allows you to brew with either the locally roasted coffee that we provide, or your preferred Nespresso Original pods that you provide.

Kick back in the Living Room to enjoy your favorite shows on the 65 inch HDTV while you enjoy the electric in-wall fireplace.

Bath 1 - En Suite to Bedroom 1

This modern bathroom offers double vanities with crisp quartz counters and modern LED lighting. The walk-in shower features two shower heads (one not shown in photos, is also a hand-held head). Soak in the views while soaking in the Primary Bath standalone tub, complete with wood reading & wineglass rack... a perfect ending after a full day of Red Rock adventuring!

Bedroom 2 (King Bed): Private and comfortable, located off a hallway at the east end of the home. This bedroom features easterly and southerly views. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 3 and 4.

Bedroom 3 (King Bed): Located off the opposite end of the hallway from Bedroom 2, this bedroom offers southerly and westerly views. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 2 and 4.

Bedroom 4 (Twin Daybed with Pullout Twin Trundle Bed): This bedroom is accessed from the Living Room through tall frosted french doors. This room is perfect for kids, young adults, or friends who wish to have separate beds. This space also featured a dedicated work desk and chair. This bedroom shares the hall bathroom with Bedroom 2 and 3.

Bathroom 2 - This bathroom features a large vanity, modern fixtures, bathtub & shower.

This home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood that is highly walkable for morning or evening strolls. You are just around the corner from Shelby Trailhead, which connects into Airport Mesa Trail! You`re a short 6 minute walk to Redwall Distillery, a fabulous venue for soaking in great views while sipping on a drink.

There is ample parking on the property, both in the driveway and alongside the roadway. You are a 3-4 minute drive from all 4 of Sedona`s grocery stores, a multitude of restaurants, shopping, activities and more.

Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund:

• We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time.
• Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee.
• No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee.
• Fires, candles, fireworks, and other open flames are prohibited
• No firearms allowed on property
• Do not move furniture
• Do not unplug, move, or tamper with electronic devices (WiFi, security system, locks, etc.)
• Parties, special events, and retreats are not allowed per City of Sedona local ordinance
• Minimum age to book a reservation is 25 years old. Additional guests may be younger.
• Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed
• A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind

We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking.

You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information.

Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.

Please be sure to complete this process WITHIN 24 HOURS of making your reservation. If the verification process is not completed, we cannot legally host you and we will be forced to cancel your reservation, potentially without a refund.
