Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire condo.
Entry: To enter, use the door code provided, followed by the checkmark key. To lock the door upon exit, use the same code followed by the checkmark key.
Parking: You will have one assigned covered carport space. Additional parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Community Amenities: There is a communal pool, two hot tubs and tennis courts available for guest use. There are also community BBQ grills.
The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas. Located 500 ft from unit.

Pet Policy: We are happy to host your furry friend! A $125 non-refundable pet fee applies. Please let us know in advance if you are bringing a pet.
Community Amenities: The community pool is open seasonally for summer use. The hot tub is available for you to enjoy year-round.

Security: Please be sure all doors are locked when you leave the property.
