The Lower Studio and Upper Terrace are independent accommodations within the same building, each offering its own private entrance and designated parking to ensure a comfortable and private stay.

Guests have access to a beautifully wooded common area between Moondance Retreat and the Tiny Cabin, featuring a cozy fire pit lounge. This space is available on a first-come, first-served basis or may be shared with fellow guests.

To help preserve Sedona’s world-famous night skies, we kindly ask that guests turn off outdoor recessed lighting after dark. Soft, low-level lighting is provided for safe maneuvering at night.

We do provide internet and WiFi at our property; however, due to our more remote location, the speed may not be as fast as what you're used to in the city.

Pet Policy: We welcome dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $175, but they must be approved.
