Walk to Oak Creek in about 1–2 minutes to relax by the water, swim, or enjoy a spectacular view of Cathedral Rock. Hiking and biking are nearby, Crescent Moon Ranch is directly across the street from our community, and Sedona’s restaurants, shops and attractions are about a five-minute drive away.

Located at the back of the home, this private 1-bedroom guest suite is an inviting retreat for a couple or solo traveler. Inside you’ll find comfortable reclining seating, dining for two, AC and heat, and a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette with a sink, microwave, Keurig, toaster, cookware, dishes and glassware.

The separate bedroom offers comfortable bedding, windows on two sides, a Smart TV and sitting chair. The adjoining private bathroom includes a walk-in shower and convenient storage.

Outside, you’ll have your own covered patio with cushioned seating and a gas grill—a relaxing spot for morning coffee or unwinding after exploring Sedona.

Good to Know
The home contains two completely separate rental units. This listing is for the private 1-bedroom guest suite at the back of the home. The larger 2-bedroom, 2-bath home at the front is rented separately and may be occupied during your stay.

There is no interior access between the units. The walls are soundproofed, although you may occasionally hear neighboring guests.

Your designated parking is under the carport on the right side of the home. From the front of the property, follow the walkway along the right side of the house to your private entrance at the back. The front unit has its own parking and separate entrance on the left side of the home.

Guests also have access to the laundry closet off the side patio. When the front unit is being cleaned, our housekeeper may access the laundry between approximately 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. through its separate exterior door.

Our community is peaceful and tight-knit, with other homes nearby. Please be considerate of our friendly neighbors by keeping outdoor noise low and observing quiet hours after 10 p.m.
