This wonderful single level home and casita features a spacious 3,200 square feet and has four bedrooms and three bathrooms to sleep up to ten guests.
Entering through the front door puts you right into the main great room with an open floor plan, that holds the living room, dining room and kitchen — all with stunning surrounding views throughout. Steps away you will find the recently remodeled casita that offers one bedroom and one bathroom.
Main House Living Room: Featuring contemporary-style furnishings including a sectional couch, 43” Smart TV, and access to the backyard. Enjoy pool and mountain views from the multitude of windows.
Main House Kitchen: The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances. The large kitchen island adds prep space to make meal prep easy!
Main House Dining Area: The dining area has seating for eight guests.
Main House Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Grand Master Suite — King size bed, 30” Smart TV, fireplace, relaxing chaise lounge and access to the backyard. The private bathroom features double vanities and a wonderful walk-in wrap-around shower.
Bedroom 2 — Queen bed, access to the outdoor spaces.
Bedrooms 3 — Queen bed
Bathroom 2 is a shared full bathroom offering a vanity and a shower.
Casita:
Enter through the front door into the main living are offering stone floors, high ceilings, a Smart TV and a gas fireplace. You'll love the open and bright ambiance and views brought by the walls of windows! The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances including a gas range. The casita offers a separate dining area as well as a sleeper-sofa.
Note: There is no stove at the casita.
Casita Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom- Queen size bed; the bathroom offers a tile and glass shower.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The home offers outdoor spaces that feature a pool and hot tub. You'll also enjoy a built-in propane BBQ grill and fireplace, along with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating.
Pool: The pool and hot tub cannot be heated simultaneously. The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $150 per day. Due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions during the fall and winter months, the pool cannot be heated October 1-March 31. Please note that due to unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, pool temperatures may not reach satisfactory levels. The pool depth is 3-6 feet.
Hot Tub: Yes, Private
Please Note: The in-ground hot tub begins heating once turned on and typically takes about one hour to reach temperature.
