This was a beautiful spot for a relaxing stay with good friends. The house and neighborhood were secluded in a lovely natural setting; the nicely decorated home offered every convenience and amenity we could hope for, even though we were too busy to fully take advantage of it all. Joel welcomed us on arrival to make sure we got inside okay and left clear written instructions for check out. We had only a couple of concerns: We could not figure out the main thermostat and the west facing bedrooms were very hot at night. No other problems except there was no power to the outlet in the bathroom next to the east bedrooms and no towel racks in that bathroom.

The house was very comfortable with plenty of seating in the living room, dining room, outside dining area, and on the front porch. You can sit on the front porch in the morning and watch hot air balloons (if you're lucky) and, at the end of the day, watch the sunset. The house was beautifully decorated, from the window & shower curtains to the rugs. The kitchen is small but functions great with more than enough cookware & diningware. I appreciated the laminated guides they provided for dining out and grocery shopping. The beds are comfortable, and plenty of different-sized pillows to choose from. You can tell by the ongoing landscaping and home details that the owners love this house. Also, the outdoor shower was lovely and made keeping the hot tub clean easy. Great House in a great location.

The neighborhood was beautiful and perfect for a morning or evening walk. Very quiet and quaint. The home is very well kept and has gorgeous views. There was ample of sleeping space. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cookware. I would absolutely stay at this property again!

What a beautiful home! It was the best stocked home we have ever stayed at. Very nice front porch to watch the hot air balloons sail over early each morning. Spacious back porch with hot tub which was great after a day of hiking. We didn't use the sauna but the area was experiencing record heat. We also used the propane grill for ribeyes! What a great dinner. The house is in a quiet neighborhood on west side of Sedona...easy access to Cottonwood and Jerome, which are great places to visit. So much to see and do here, we'll definitely be back.

We had a great time. Loved the traditional sauna, nice large hot tub, and outside shower. We cook our own food so it was nice to have a kitchen stocked with all the proper tools. The beds are very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. Great living room with a big screen to watch bad movies after a long day on the trail. Big comfy couch. Plenty of deck space to assemble and park our bikes. Everyone loved this house as it was very comfortable and homey and would definitely come back to stay next year. Thank you so much!
