Guests enter through a private entrance into a stunning great room, where living, dining, and culinary spaces flow together under high ceilings and natural light.

The living room features designer furnishings, a gas fireplace, Smart TV, and a sitting area with sleeper sofa and vintage board games, including Bingo. Thoughtfully placed art enhances the home's chic, creative energy.

The gourmet kitchen is appointed with stone countertops, double ovens, a gas cooktop, and a large island with seating for four. Fully equipped with cookware, coffee pots, and spices. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wet bar and workspace.

The dining area comfortably seats six and is centrally located between the kitchen and living room, with additional seating at the island for four more guests.
