Every single square foot of this home has been kept in mind, so that it is both functional and luxurious.

There are two main Living areas, each with 65" & 70" Smart TV's and tons of luxurious, comfortable seating. There are also Throws near the Sofas to snuggle up.

The Kitchen has been tastefully remodeled and is fully equipped with appliances, quartz countertops, floating shelves, and more. There is also counter seating (3).

• Dining Area
The beautiful Dining Area seats 6, with seating for 3 more on the Kitchen Island.

All the linens in the Bedrooms are high quality and luxurious- with high end mattresses.

Our Nook has a bench for reading all afternoon, as well as a mini Library for all ages. The Washer and Dryer are easy to use and there for our Guests' ease.

• Backyard
The spacious designer backyard has everything you can think of - from Mini Golf to Glamping Bubble , outdoor games, Yoga mats and more. The Outdoor Dining area seats 6 and is near the BBQ Grill. Heal your mind, body, and soul in the Hot Tub with countless jets and the Firepit from which our Guests' can watch the Sunset, while having a glass of Wine.

Use the Yoga Mats whether you want to Meditate or do Pilates.

Our house is in the heart of West Sedona - in a beautiful, hilly, and quiet neighborhood.

Walking distance to 79 acre Posse Grounds Park (0.1 mile) featuring community pool, tennis, softball, volleyball & basketball, plus a skate park & a dog park is just across the property.

Trailhead to Sugarloaf Mountain (0.8 mile)

Less than a mile drive to Whole Foods, Starbucks (the only Drive-Thru one in Sedona), and Vortex Hikes.Vortex Yoga Hiking (1.5 miles) is a sacred experience - more information can be found on their website.

Uptown Sedona and Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village are 2-3 miles away.

House was exactly as described. The location was great and we loved the attention to detail. We will definitely stay here again if we have the chance. It was great for our family of four.

This is a very nice and beautiful home. But, the surprise option to pay a 5000 damage deposit or purchase a 119 insurance policy on top of all the other fees was excessive. The home is beautifully decorated, but the furniture was clearly designed to look nice, not to be comfortable. And the excessive and redundant “instructions” posted at every turn was a bit annoying. Again, this is a beautiful home in a nice part of Sedona. However, with all the fees and required insurance it was not a value for only three nights.

Enough space and things to do for two adults and three teens. Close to hiking trails. Backyard was an oasis in itself. Owner was very attentive and responsive during the stay. Beds were comfortable. Showers even had Bluetooth speakers. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area.

Great location! Close to many hikes and to town. The property looks like the photos and as well appointed. Just a note to other renters that the family room is actually very open and not very private. If you plan on using that as one of the bedrooms. Hot tub was great. Management was very communicative and easy to work with. We saw lots of wildlife and would definitely recommend renting this property

Our family of 6 loved this property! Spacious kitchen, clean, very comfortable beds, and the floor plan and backyard are perfect for families. Beautiful furnishings and soft linens. An oasis backyard with plenty of room for kids to play. We brought our little dog too! The owner thought of everything including filtered water spout on the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

The property exceeded our expectations in every aspect. It's clear that the owners have thought through what short-term renters are looking for, and carefully designed and provisioned the house accordingly. The backyard spaces, especially, are terrific, and everything is like new and in great condition. We didn't know the Sedona area at all, and lucked into being in West Sedona, which is quieter and more relaxing than Uptown. Easy access to some terrific hikes, and plenty of restaurant options close at hand. Highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous property, fully stocked kitchen, wonderful backyard for relaxing with view of red rocks. Property location close to trailheads. Short distance to restaurant and groceries, but tucked in quiet development for relaxing. I would highly recommend and will stay again if headed to Sedona.

This property is unique with zero steps to negotiate from the driveway outside. It suited our needs perfectly, and it was well stocked - especially with a nice starter supply of coffees/teas, snacks and some oils and spices in the kitchen, and abundance of towels and soaps, and comfy spaces to hang out. Loved the backyard! We were so busy with scheduled wedding activities that we will have to save the hot tub and fire pit for a return trip. While there is no great view from the house, it is located just steps from the community park, where we enjoyed walking trails and big sky scenery. Everything in the property is well thought out, and well maintained. Great place!

We came for a week with friends to adventure and hike. This house helped make our stay amazing. The property is beautiful and the house is well decorated and so organized. This home has a great layout and style. The decor adds just enough to make it feel homey, yet remain practical. The towels and linens are all very cozy and soft. Everything was well explained through signage in the home and everything we needed was available - even a tesla charger! Note the quiet hours as this is in a residential neighborhood, however access to Sedona's many offerings is easy. The backyard was very cute and fun. We hope to return someday!
