The home sits so close to the Red Rocks giving almost every inch of this home breathtaking views. The split level home offers 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, outdoor fire pit, modern kitchen, and a large back patio with BBQ grill. This home is set up to offer you and your guests a flawless Sedona experience that will tailor to each needs and leave you with memories not ever to be forgotten!



BEDROOMS:



The Master Bedroom wing you enter through double doors and has an ensuite with a claw tub, shower, two walk in closets and a private patio. Whether you are spending time in your separate sitting area, laying in bed or out on your patio your eyes will be covered with blankets of Red Rocks!



The two guest bedrooms located upstairs is one king ( The egress in this room, is the main door. There is no window in this room.) and other is two fulls. The two additional guest bedrooms downstairs are both queens. Bathrooms located on each floor in addition to master suite ensuite.



GROUNDS:



Nothing short of breathtaking views are seen all over Sedona or stay at Sugarloaf House and get all that without leaving the comfort of your vacation rental. This large home has a great space for entertaining and it has something for everyone. Enjoy a competitive game of Pool, take a dip in the hot tub or even star gaze after a day of hiking by the outdoor fire pit! The appliances and fixtures are new and modern giving the house a feeling of home.

Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard

No pets allowed

Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each

Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am

This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right.
