I visited two wineries in Sonoma, one winery in Napa (Calistoga) and Point Reyes National Sea Shore not far from Petaluma. Although all of these places were not close to one another, I was able to access each of these locations easily and quickly from this hotel's location. I would estimate that no drive was greater than one hour. Some drives were less than an hour. I will return to this hotel...

Upon arrival, they greeted us with a "splash" of welcome wine and drove us to our room via golf cart. 'Our stay at Surrey was delightful! We were welcomed warmly and immediately felt comfortable and cared for. Bailey arranged for us to switch tents graciously and with ease. Oli was especially kind and treated us to a delicious peanut butter cookie from the cafe. She later brought us a sample of an appetizer from a recipe that she was trying and it was such a treat! We luxuriated in the hot tub and enjoyed a fire in our fire pit. I would definitely recommend a stay here.'
