The Villa Patio of 75m2 is the ideal accommodation to get together, in peace, just a stone's throw from the ocean!



At the entrance, a small tree-lined courtyard with a shed will allow you to store your bicycles if needed.



The house contains:



- An entrance with a wardrobe (hangers and shelves) and guest WC,

- A double bedroom (bed 180 x 200 cm), with built-in wardrobe,

- A bathroom with double washbasins and shower,

- A friendly dining room,

- A living room on a lower level (3 steps), overlooking the garden with a sofa bed (140x200 cm),

- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), and a shelf with hangers,

- 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), and a shelf with hangers,

- 1 small bathroom



Enjoy a garden with sun loungers, outdoor table and plancha.



A public car park is available in front of Villa Patio, with no guarantee of available spaces.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:



- Minimum Age

The reservation is reserved for adults (18 years minimum).

- Reservation Holder

The person making the reservation must be present during the stay.

- Mandatory Documents Before Arrival

A copy of the identity card and a holiday insurance certificate must be sent before the start of the stay.

- Cleanliness of the Accommodation

The accommodation must be returned in a normal state of cleanliness.

In the event of non-compliance, additional charges of €150 may be invoiced.

- Animals

In the event of damage or animal droppings in the accommodation or outside, a flat rate of €300 may be applied.
